    This is a horrible place for your loved one. They do not take care of the patient and the nurses act like it is a party atmosphere. My wife was there for two days before I said enough and took her out of there. I spent a whole day there and never had a nurse come in the room to check on her. I also talked with another patients husband as we were leaving and he complained to me about how they would leave his wife on a bed pan for hours. Pathetic care and I would totally not ever want anyone to take their loved one there at all.

    This resort has treated our family very poorly! The nursing and rehab staff are great, but the housekeeping and front office are awful…even after paying $14k out of pocket for my grandmother to stay here!! Not one, not two, but 8!! articles of clothing went missing and were never located of my grandmothers. There was no in depth search of her belongings because per Lisa, the director of housekeeping “that would take too much time,” so do NOT send any belongings with your loved ones that you would want returned to you! Never an I’m sorry to my grandmother either!!! Yes the facility repaid what was lost with a $100 gift card (probably because I threatened to go higher), but it does NOT make it okay! They even tried returning some clothes to her that weren’t hers, which guarantees to me that other residents are very likely wearing her things!! This facility is unacceptable in many ways, this is just one!
