This business calls and demands they take a look at my roof. After I tell them NO, they came to my house with ladder, climbed up on my roof without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I have blocked their number, but uses a different phone number to get through. I was able to get the business name off the truck they drive, called them and advised them not to step foot on my property again. I am tired of the harassment from ALL OR Nothing.

      ********

While we understand your frustration we did explain that it was simply a mix up of address that caused this issue. We do NOT inspect roofs without permission. Our phone call last night was to clear up this confusion, not harass anyone.

      Have a blessed day!

Owner of the company told me that he would work out the deductible for my new roof and siding. Stated that I would not owe anything or very little for the work as we are working with the insurance company. Owner scheduled an appraisal and stated that he covers that and that there is no risk to me, just that it will help to get the job done. My home has not been completed and damages have occurred. I am now getting contacted by the appraisal company for the money. He is refusing to pay it unless I pay him the $4020 he said I would not owe. The damages and work has not been completed. Now the appraisal is threatening me for insurance fraud. I have it in writing from the owner of All or Nothing that he is the responsible party for the appraisal fee.

      Business Response

      Date: 01/30/2024

********* entered into an agreement with All or Nothing Roofing agreeing to pay her deductible of $4020 in exchange for us to perform roofing and siding services as stated in the attached contract and outlined by the appraisal award. Both the roof and siding were approved by insurance and completed by All or Nothing Roofing. The home owner Christina Schuler has since refused to pay the deductible. We are in the process of filing a lien and lawsuit in order to protect our interest in the property.

We have completed all of the work on our end in full. Any potential workmanship issues are covered under our 10yr workmanship warranty which does not take effect until the invoice is paid in full per the signed contract.

Once ********* honors her end of the contract and pays the invoice in full which includes her deductible of $4020.00 then this will be resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am working with an attorney. I have not paid the deductible due to the fact that there are MANY issues with the work that was done. I informed his project manager. She informed me that they would be back to correct the issues. After several weeks of no communication I got a message from the company owner threading to put a lien on my property. I also have received a $6,250 bill from **** ****** *********. This bill All or Nothing Roofing said they were responsible to pay, not me (have their response in writing). With each check I provided All or Nothing Roofing assured me the bill from Hope would be paid. That has not been the case. I have hired an attorney to proceed with this issue. We are demanding that All or Nothing Roofing pay the bill to Hope for the appraisal and to repair the issues with the work they did on both the roof and siding, as they have been paid. Once both of this are done I will pay my portion. However, after dealing with All or Nothing Roofing for a year and the issues that have occurred I do not believe they will pay Hope or complete the issues if I pay them the deductible before these issues are corrected.

      Sincerely,

      ********* *******
