I had an appointment to view a house on a set day. The night before I checked the website and the house wasn't there, didn't show up anymore on the available houses, so I used the direct link they sent me and the house did come up that way. I called to make sure, because it's a hour drive. The lady that answered, she claims to be the owner, was very rude from the start if the conversation. She kept telling it is on website so as of this second it is available, but she's sittingdown in 20 minutes to sign papers with someone else. So I ask her "so it's not available" she says yes at this minute it is. So then says if it's still on the website this afternoon is still available, I tell her again that it's not in there right now. She's quite a few minutes, you can hear her in her computer, then she says "well I'm sure the ppl are signing so we'll just consider it sold" and very rudely! I start to ask another question on another house, and she yells "IT'S SOLD" and she hung up on me. I called back, and asked to talk with someone else cause she's very rude and unprofessional, that's when she said "I am the owner" she hung up on me again, I call back and told her I can't believe she's the owner with how she speaks to people and I'll be turning the business in because it is screaming SCAM!! In the beginning I felt like she was trying to get me to send her the money immediately, cause she kept saying it is available but only for 20 more minutes! And when she knew I was not going to do that, she immediately acted bothered, rude and unprofessional! I had interest in other houses on their website, but with her unprofessional attitude I'd never buy anything from this business!
