      We checked into our 2 rooms on Friday July 26th. We immediately had to go to office due to a toilet seat not even attached to the toilet.My son said look at my socks!!! So I took a wet tissue and did a couple swipes to see if they was dirty. I was completely socks how nasty the wood flooring and the bathroom was. Our 2nd rooms bath tub was absolutely disgusting. I recorded all the filth in the room and went back to office and showed them. I requested the maid come back in the morning and do a cleaning to our rooms. I wanted toilets clean since our toilet seat was not even attached so to me the maid didn't clean it to even know it was broke! I wanted floors mopped, and the tubs scrubbed. I even put a square piece of tissue under toilet seat of the one that wasn't replaced. When we got back at 10 that night. She didn't clean either tubs, the tissue was still there under the seat. And still had dirt all over the floors. I had to run to ******* to get tub cleaner so my grand babies could get a bath. I went back to the office and told listen I was being nice and give you all the opportunity to clean our rooms right. Now I'm very upset and I want my money back. They said we can move you to a different room. I then informed them I was waking my grandbabies up at 11 pm to move them to another room when we leave in the morning. They have a sign in the office saying they a are an 8.8 rated motel. That is so not true! I took videos to show me cleaning tubs and proof of the floors. Can't send them due to being to large to send. I have screenshots of the videos. One of those photos you can see how clean the tub was in the corner compared to when we checked in. Some of the photos were taken after she was to come clean! She took our dirty towels out of the room but didn't even replace them. I have never stayed in a room this filthy. When I pay for a hotel I am suppose to have a clean room! We gave them the opportunity to make it right and they didnt.

      July 31st- 3rd we stayed at the Dockers Inn *******, **. When we arrived there there was a bad storm. The were guests in the pool trying to ***** but all the plastic furniture was in the pool and they were having to take the chairs out of pool while some of the workers were watching not helping at all. The room we first was put in was not even cleaned, the toilet was overflowing. It was gross. So we complained , they moved our rooms it was not that clean the floors were black making your feet dirty. The next day we got up early ate there food was ok milk was frozen. We said ok we will try again in the morning. We left went out for day came back and noticed our room had not be cleaned all they did was give us clean towels.we thought it's to late to complain. Went the next morning to complain and there was only someone in there that did speak English. So couldn't complain. Next day went to eat breakfast and the food was the same dried out but containers were flipped to the other side hoping no one would notice. The tile in there was so slick you would slide around. We left and had to go spend more money to eat. We decided that night we were leaving early. They would refuse to give us a full refund.we just want our money back.

      I still haven't received any refunds from this company as they said they were going to do. They said they had done one and had to do another one but haven't heard anything from the first one they supposedly sent me.
