My husband and I purchased a discount and points from The Vacation store on our trip to ******* on Memorial Day week 2022. We were promised discounts on flights, hotels and car rentals they TLC. In addition, we were promised the ability to use ****** in points each year from RCI. We have been paying since 7/1/2022, however I have called The Vacation Store for assistance in understanding how to use system and the fact that we still do not have RCI, ******* still has not returned my calls. After I checked the BBB, Ive realized that I have gotten scammed and this is apparently not what they say they are. Should have checked on complaints before we signed ** in May, 2022. We will be contacting the ******** ******* ** ******** with our complaint.

Mrs. ****** and I spoke today about her concerns. I addressed her issues with not getting a call back...I am her point of contact now. We spoke as well as about her RCI points. I am getting her RCI points membership pushed through faster since it does normally take 90 days to become active after club dues are paid. I explained how to use her RCI plan and gave her a point of contact at TLC for future assistance. Mrs. ****** was very polite and understanding of the circumstances of not getting a call back and her RCI points membership. I look forward to assisting her in the future. ******** *******, Operations Manager
