I purchased a travel package with this company. One of the restrictions was my wife and I must show up and show drivers license that shows the same address. And that the $178.84 was non-refundable. That was not a problem. It was purchased on Feb. 7, 2024. However, my wife died on 6/22/2024. Called the company and told them about this and all they would say is I would have to have someone go with me from my address and that it was on their drivers license or transfer the package to someone else. I feel that this was an unusual circumstance and I should be refunded this money.Business response

Incessant, harassing phone calls from this group for the past several months, despite asking to be removed from their calling list.Business response

Since May 21, 2023, the phone number associated with this complaint has been called 6 times. The call was answered twice and hung up the phone. This number has been added to our Do Not Call list.

This company uses multiple numbers from various area codes to make solicitation calls. Since January 19, 2024, I have received 64 calls from this company and/or their agents.Customer response

I received a phone call from this company and I was charged $228.84. They were offering free tickets to shows and I am not sure what I was charged for if everything they offered was free. I am now having a difficult time getting a refund even though I called the following day.Business response

This company misrepresented an entertainment package I purchased and actually lied about what I was to receive I asked within 12 hours to receive a refund and was denied They offered 8 show tickets but did not procure a list of shows prior to my purchase All I am asking for is a refund and I did so very quickly I believe I have some grace ****** for agreeing to this contractBusiness response

This business has been calling me several times per day, including weekends and outside of business hours. I have never contacted them, provided my personal information, or given them permission to contact me. I am on the national do not call registry. I have asked them no fewer than 3 times to remove me from their list, and they still insist on calling. Its starting to feel like harassment. I would avoid working with this business on either a professional level or as a customer.Business response

I don't even know how Branson Travel Group got my contact information. I have never reached out to them, I have only went online to request a travel guide which is NOT on the branson travel group website. This group has HARRASSED me with MULTIPLE phone calls. I have had to lie and say this isn't my * and have even requested to be placed on the do not call list and get told "I'll remove your information" yet they still call. They are also spoofing MS numbers to try to get you to answer. When the call comes through it is a MS * yet they're in **. I have at least 40+ numbers blocked from them. My next step will be filing a lawsuit for harassment if I receive one more call from them. I have all phone calls recorded where I have asked "please stop calling. Put me on the do not call list". Harassing people ain't gonna get ya nowhere. I'll also be letting everyone know to stay away from this group. They make me not even want to come to **!!!!Business response

I received a voice mail yesterday April 25th stating I "had them confused with branson travel OFFICE"...NO MAAM I don't have you confused with anyone. Your office has called me MORE than "four" times in one year. When I answer they say "BRANSON TRAVEL GROUP"......THANKS AND PLEASE NEVER CONTACT ME OR MY FAMILY AGAIN!!!!Initial Complaint

A week ago I bought a travel packet that cost me $178. I received a call today telling me that there were new terms. I was told that there would b a $29 change date fee, $300 cancelation fee, $99 if I cancel within 48 hours $69 to reschedule and a $29 travel protection. These terms were not agreed upon.Business response

The fees listed within the complaint are the cancellation and rebooking fees. These fees are listed within the confirmation letter as well as verbally explained during the process of setting the reservation.
As a gesture of good faith, our office has reached out and refunded the fee.

My husband was contacted about taking a trip. He misunderstood the question of the household income limit and our household does not make the amount of money they say we have to make. We have tried to get a refund, they just keep saying they will review the calls. He also has talked to multiple different people and has gotten different answers to the same questions which leaves us with a very uneasy feeling about everything. We just want our money back. The company we are talking about is Branson Travel Group. This group has even hung up on us when we were trying to ask questions. We really just need our money back. At this point we will be telling everyone we know to never use this group. Maybe even don't waste your time with branson.Customer response

Branson travel group called and offered us a 4 day 3 night stay for $199. They offered to give us tickets to 3 shows, a nice hotel and $100 **** gift card. We questioned the hotel they put us in due to the online reviews. She assured us that the complaints came from the back of the hotel and we would be in the good part up front. She added that she herself wouldnt stay in the back of this hotel. We were offered a phone number to call if we had any problems during our stay. Upon checking in they put us in the back of the hotel, it was not a nice hotel. This hotel is 2 Star, not a nice hotel by any means. We went down for breakfast and there was NO Foodthe delivery truck did not come. 2 nd morning we tried breakfast again, wet soggy eggs, burnt sausage links and NO plates. We were told that there would be a mandatory 2 hour presentation, it began at 11:30, we left at 3:00. The lady at the gifting center yelled at us when she determined she did not have our paperwork, called her manager from another location who came down and yelled at us some more and told us not to come back we were not welcome. We simply shared with the lady behind the desk that the person we last spoke with said she would have our paperwork. She was unsure if the worked for Branson travel or ******** *********. .not at all a good experience.long story short none of our issues were handled with customer service, I continue to wait for a call back from the First **** we spoke to about the nice hotel.Customer response

We have escalated this matter to our appropriate team members and will be taking this feedback into consideration as we continue to ************** to partner with outside of the Branson Travel Group. Our office has reached out to ************ to discuss the issues with her, and while we are saddened that she is unhappy with her experience, we are unable to refund the package as the benefits offered to her were used.

I purchased a travel package on 8/17/2023. I was just diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and can not travel at this time or anytime in the near future, I called the company to ask for a return and I was told no and that they told me that in the beginning. I do not remember being told that. I would just like a refund since I can not use the package. they told me to gift it to someone. I do not have anyone to gift it to. I just want a refund of the 199 plus taxes and fees.Business response
