  In Nov. 2020 ***************** was hired to put on a new roof. I had a small leak in the upstairs bathroom. His team supposedly fixed it up nice but I had shingles falling and rain coming in within months. I would text **** and he would promise to fix things and it has gone on and on like that for 22 months. I never did anything because he kept promising to fix things and i was told that if he even comes by my house and looks that it is a show of good faith and i could not file a complaint. So now I have many texts and pictures showing the h*** we have been going through. This house made it 107 years and ***************** single handedly ruined my home. I now have mold and at least 10 leaks. I have leaks on the middle floor and water stains on the ceilings now. I have a piece of ceiling that became water logged and fell in the bedroom. I went from one small leak in an upstairs bathroom and now have leaks in 2 bedrooms the stair well and the kitchen. I have pictures to prove it and since i had a home inspection done in 2018 it shows that my ceilings were in good condition. Now we have mold and you can smell mildew in the house. I am a disabled woman raising my grandchild on a fixed income that is below poverty level. He knew i had a brain injury and that we are poor and i believe he thought i would just keep letting him get by with this as my home is falling apart. I even had roof inspectors come in and they said it looked like a 10 year old had done parts of it and that it also looks like his crew reused my old flashing instead of using new. I asked 2 roofing crews how much it would cost for them to come in and fix this mess and no one will touch it because of the damage that **** has caused. I am just so frustrated and sad and feel helpless when i dont even have the money to fight him. Please give us some help. I am worried that my whole home will be ruined and unlivable with growing mold issues. Thank you for anything you can do.
