            On 10/31/23 I went in for a consultation. I applied for a Care Credit card. I asked if it was a hard hit or soft hit. She said they could do both. I asked for the soft hit first so it wouldn't affect my credit. I was approved and told her to run my credit. She ran my credit 4 times and took it from 801 to 633. I got approved for $36,000 but we ended up with $22,644.50. I never received the Care Credit card or services. They ended up billing themselves the whole thing. So my credit was charged for the full amount. They said I had a bill of $800 that I need to pay when I have not received services.

            I went to Aspen dentist to get a price on a new upper denture they told me the price was $700 I kept asking salesperson what my bottom line was and he told me only $700 that my insurance would pay the rest apparently they did call my insurance company but the insurance company only paid part of it but he assured me that they were going to pay all of it and I'd only have to spend my out-of-pocket was only 764 so I signed the contract and was very happy. I did get the teeth made they did not fit I went back several times they would just too big even the other dentist at Aspen said they were too big, they also sold me periodontal scaling and root planning which my regular dentist said I did not need. When I try to take the teeth back they informed me that I owed them another $660 they also said they would reverse the fee for the x-rays but I never had any x-rays. They offered to remake the teeth but they're trying to make an adjustment by drilling down my regular teeth I said I don't think so and left the office I am 77 years old and I feel they took advantage of me. ********************************
