1 starI find it amazing that this company has a 4.59 rating. We called with a plumbing problem. Our bath tub would not drain. The trip level and linkage assembly was broken. A *** from the ****************** came. He looked at the problem. He took pictures with his phone. He went out to his truck for several minutes. Then came back and took another picture and back to his truck. He later told us that they would need to cut a large hole in the wall of our bedroom to access the area to be fixed. They could either place an access panel over the hole or put the wallboard back for us then to pay to have ***aired and painted on our own. He said that job and ***lacing two toilet seats would be approximately $1,400. When my wife asked him what options do we have he said either the one he suggested or we could pull out the tub and remodel the bathroom. In shock we signed the form for ***air and we gave him an 89 dollar check which would be subtracted from the payment when job was done. As my wife and I talked we could not believe there was not another option. I went on the Internet and found You Tube videos demonstrating how to ***lace the lever and linkage. I found the ***lacement part on ****** for less than $30. Also, found a plumber who can come and install it. I have called Paschal twice to speak to the plumbing supervisor and was told he would call. He has not called. Our check has been cashed, This started on Monday, November 4 and it is now Friday. I had an appoint to for service on the *** I called yesterday to comfirm. It was a go. The time was today between 7-Noon. At 11:55 i called asking what the issue is and I was told they reschedule it. There was NO communication from Paschal at all. That is POOR customer service........ I know there is al ot of storm work. I get that...... If they can schedule a new appointment and cancel another they have time to call you and let you know and reschedule. When you ask for a manager that will not let you talk to anyone. They know what they did..... POOR SERVICE...... They tried to use the storm for the reason.... Look back at reviews from Oct and Nov 2023..... Installed my elderly grandmother *****'s HVAC 6 years ago. Recently A coil was icing up. She was told she'd need a new A coil (not cleaning first). A-Coil was covered under 10 year warranty but not labor. They quoted her 2900 to install the new A-Coil. I checked with multiple other HVAC firms, and the labor to install this part and the refridgerant was on the order of 900-1000. This firm gouged my elderly grandmother. They didn't send her an itemized bill, so I think they just have a set price that includes the part. They took her money and there has been no effort by them to make this right. Watch out, they'll do this to you too or someone you love. They said it's inflation, but this is what happens when they sense that they can take advantage of someone. They won't talk to me (her grandson), only her, and told her there was nothing they could do and just took her money.Beware, use someone else, you cannot trust these people.Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric

After looking into this, we found that a mistake was made on our part. Our technician chose a similar item when creating the quote, resulting in a $1200 price difference. We have already spoken to ******************** and his grandmother to resolve this mistake and are reimbursing her the $1200. We appreciate ******************** bringing this to our attention, and while it was an honest mistake, we are very sorry this happened!!Review fromDennis C

I was charged $475 to replace a capacitor that sells onlinefor $65 and check gas pressure. The manager declared this was fair and reasonable. Stay away!The original capacitor was working fine but I finally weakened to their constant "it's on the way out needs replaced" for all previous service calls even when the unit was almost new. The service call before that the Technician tried to sell me a special compressor starting booster system to the tune of over $900 dollars! If that was necessary the manufacturer should have put it in. I am done with their tactics and rip-offs.Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric

For clarification the Turbo 200 price is $375 and the Equipment Maintenance that we provided is valued at $100. I can definitely understand frustration with today's high prices. Everything we purchase today is substantially higher than it was a few years ago. Yes, I know that you can buy this item and most any item for substantially less than what a professional service provider will charge. The part itself is a small part of the repair. Having the knowledge to diagnose the repair by a trained, licensed and insured professional with all the special tools comes at a cost. Showing up in a fully stocked service vehicle is also a part of that. We seek to attract the best of the best employees to provide the *********** Services that our ****** + customers deserve and expect. To do this, requires that we pay livable wages with great benefits for them to support their families. As to the "special compressor starting booster," we currently offer this for $375 as well, which comes with a 5 year parts & labor warranty and is made in the ***. This part is not required, but its job is to allow the compressor to start up easier which extends the life of the system. We encourage our technicians to explain this great option to all of our customers.Even though you may not agree, we truly appreciate the opportunity you gave us and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.Review fromKhrisi H
