            bought a projector bulb from them. I could have gotten a generic bulb but paid more than double to get and original which they also adversited getting the premium original carried a year warranty. After just a few months the bulb started failing. I reached out for warranty support and was sent a generic that was a third of the price I paid. the rep initially lied and said it was an original. I had an older generic bulb from a couple of years I compared pics and it was the same as the replacement bulb they sent. The rep had completely lied and got caught. So they then sent me a shipping label to return both the original bulb with the cheap replacement for a new bulb of what I actually bought. What I received was another generic bulb placed inside of a box of the premium original bulb. He did a switcheroo. I now just want my money back and they can send a lable to get their fake bulb back.

            I bought from JasperTronics a replacement bulb for my epson home cinema 5030UB on march 19 2022. I installed it as soon as it arrived and lasted about 6 hours. After that I was told that they received a bad batch and would send a new lamp as a replacement as soon as possible, but they didn't know when. In the meantime I bought another lamp somewhere else and that one also lasted only few hours. I took the projector for a checkup in case the issue was with the projector. It turns out that most of these lamps are not assembled according to epson standards, eg the wires are not the right gauge etc. that's why they burn easily. I now have an original epson lamp and case and all is working fine again. I did inquiry with Jaspertronics to return their poorly assembled lamp and they are not interested in taking it back. If you want a proper lamp that lasts avoid JasperTronics that's my advice.

            ********************** had lamp failures from 2 different sources. He then had his projector serviced and the lamp the service center installed worked. We are a service center as well, we could have performed the same service to correct the issue and install a working lamp. Customer received a refund after returning the item they did not want.We are service first, lamps second. With over *************************************** the last 60 days to various customers the success rate is much higher than this review might let on.Electronics - the projector and a lamp - can all fail. This is why there is full support from Jaspertronics and also why manufacturers offer product warranties.It is unfortunate that the customer decided to go to a fourth party before taking the advice of service and proper installation.
