    I purchased two nurture right 360 incubators from two different locations. I'm September 2022. neither one would count down. I didn't know this and I turned them on at the same time and put eggs in there and they ended up continuing to spin even though they were supposed to be in lockdown. I lost about half of my eggs due to this faulty machinery. in September of 2022 I asked for help on trying to fix the incubators with ******* pet brands company. I talked to people on the phone I sent videos of what they were trying to tell me to do to reset the machines, etc. and finally they said they'll issue me a refund and they're sorry for the inconvenience. they did not want the machines back. I have been waiting for a refund for 9 months. I have sent a total of 26 emails and called a total of six times and talked to a total of five different people. they continue to tell me the check is in the mail! I still do not have my money. I'm beyond frustrated with the terrible customer service. they're very nice when they send their emails and they say no problem we will get it to you right away, etc. but then I get no money. at one point they sent me a coupon for $34.95 and said that I had to use it in store and I called and said I need to use it online because I live in an area where there are no ******* pet brands and they said sorry we can't do that. So they couldn't even give me the coupon that they did because they said they were remorseful. I still don't have my money. this is a terrible company. I plan on filing a formal complaint
