    I had an engine failure on a 2017 ******* Tucson, all service work having been done at the ******* dealership. The dealership ran a scope into the cylinders and saw obvious damage to the cylinder walls but nvps which also goes by the name Endurance Extended Warranty said that they might fix the engine if the dealership broke the engine apart (cost $1400 to me). After calling Endurance myself after Endurance told the dealership that they did not show Endurance a failure I talked to a woman who condescendingly told me after being on hold for over 40 minutes several reasons why they would not cover the repair costs.

    ****** and ******* at NVPS were fantastic. They were able to find me the perfect coverage for my needs. They were helpful, courteous and thorough. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Both my daughter and her boyfriend have coverage through NVPS and the service is top notch. They have never had an issue getting a repair approved and reimbursed very quickly.

    We have had this coverage for years. We recently had an accident in our main car. When I went to cancel my coverage, it was explained to us instead of canceling and starting new coverage, we were able to transfer our coverage and get credit from our coverage. That was great! I called in to set up my new payments and spoke with ****** *****. She was awesome! She helped me make my payment and reset my password for my online account. She was very personable and professional at the same time. It was a great experience instead of a chore. Thank you ****** and National Vehicle Protection Services. I really felt cared for and have piece of mind if anything happens to my vehicle!Get this Protection, you won't regret it!
