    The agent and I had ******* ***** was very wonderful. She took the time to sort through all of the stuff that I seem to of misplaced or confused. She was very calm and collective and able to give me the information I need even though I asked more than once. She was willing to work with me to come to a better solution. I would definitely recommend her.

    Ive not had to actually use the insurance just yet but I was debating cancelling my policy due to financial problems and ****** *. was so nice and helpful and she got my rate down to an affordable price and let me pick the day the payment would be drafted, which is a relief on my wallet. I hope I never need their services for my car but so far the customer service has been great.

    ****** ***** was the customer service representative I spoke to she was very helpful she was very understanding and she was very patient with me I did not feel rushed off the phone she actually seemed to care and wanted to make sure she did everything she could do to get to the bottom of whatever it was I needed or asked about you guys did a great job hiring her she told me she was new but I never would have known that until she told me because she seemed very experienced like she's done this a thousand times before great job young lady I had to take the time out to do this review because it was well deserved

    I had a wonderful experience today dealing with Mr. ***** ***** of National Vehicle Protection Services (NVPS). After getting what I believe was a run around from the dealership, Mr. ***** stepped up and gladly answered my questions and explained the service contract to me in great detail. He was extremely knowledgeable in what I think are all facets of NVPS service contracts with superior knowledge of the various plans and coverages. He also was an expert in payment plans and financing, and worked with me to adapt the coverages I sought to a specific plan level that met all my needs at a reasonable and affordable price. His patience and intrapersonal skills were outstanding, with very few personal questions he seemed to know what plan was best for me. He was never pushy, never condescending, I felt and still feel he was concerned with my needs and my budget. He was never "taken aback" by any of my questions, if fact, he would help me clarify and hone in on the question I was attempting to ask. I felt as though he truly had my best interests at heart.If the rest of the NVPS team lives up to *****'s example, this product I purchased will be of great value; not only in the vehicle protection provided, but in lifting up my spirits that there are great companies who employ great people remaining in the automotive industry. Mr ***** was a pleasure to work with. He is honest and straight forward, and does not use any "hard sell" tactics. He always, always, explained the pros and cons as I compared plans. He was thorough and highly professional. I wish him the best in his career and would highly recommend National Vehicle Protection Services to anyone seaching for an extended warranty or service plan for their vehicle.     I can admit, maybe I didnt go about it the right way, but cancellation shouldnt require a written notice of or why you leave. The thing is, I realized my budget was beyond tight, and it was before the 30 day ***** I was met with gaslighting and argumentative staff, saying I was wrong and to prove my point. Also, the way they contacted me originally was sketchy enough, posing as a dealership talking about my warranty going out. Why does it require a letter if you never had to have one to sign up? I just want to put this to rest and forget it ever happened. Though it could be nice to settle the cancellation/refund on better terms. But its likely out of reach, and thats my doing.

    We apologize for any confusion related to the cancellation process. The physical copy of the contract that was mailed on March 28th, included the terms and conditions of the contract including the cancellation procedures. As of this time, the contract remains canceled and all funds paid into the contract have been returned to the customer. As such, we believe this issue to be resolved.
