It's very apparent that I have fallen prey to one of these "(Auto Refinance SCAMS)" I was solicited from a company known originally as ************************************** by a ******* Vanpieere, and was told that I stand a good chance I would have my vehicle payment lowered. Ok great, anyone would be satisfied with that information. I initially paid $49 On Sep. 26th on my credit card to get my vehicle certified or some misleading information to get my business. On Oct. 25, I've received some recurring charge of $150 monthly, getting billed from some company named ("Ensurety Finance Services, LLC) for some vehicle warranty, I certainly didn't ask for. When I initially contacted them to ask what's this was about, immediately they said "We are payment processing company, you need to contact whoever issued the contract. I spoke to someone named (Bree) ****** she refused to let me speak to a manager or supervisor, provide an operator ID number, and just transferred me to the unknown numbers. I made many attempts to contact the (**********************), I couldn't get anyone on the phone, no customer service support, the lines kept ringing, unable to connect with anyone or leave a message.Clearly this is a well developed SCAM, in the misleading information in the contract, they threaten you with a 5% penalty, if you stop or cancel the card for the recurring charges, and ************** purpose for this complaint is to recoup the $200 that was clearly taken from me fraudulently, and make others aware of this SCAM. important numbers for this complaint:Ensurety: *********** ****************************: ************ My purpose for the complaint is to be refunded

I paid 130 dollars every time and the amount of transactions Ive made have came up to almost 1200 dollars. They provided that they would provide a vehicle warranty of my ****** Impreza that is now totaled. I have found no way to contact them and when I tried calling they didnt pick up the phone. And now that my car is totaled and i no longer have it I dont need it anymore and would like to cancel it.

The shift of monthly payment processing from month to month depends on what day of the month your scheduled due date lands.  Your due date for the monthly installments was scheduled for the 18th of every month.  Months where the monthly payment processed on the 19th or 20th, was due to whether that date landed on a weekend. If so, that scheduled monthly payment was set to process the following business day.  The only other time there was a shift in your scheduled payment was with the 2nd monthly payment.  It processed approximately 2 weeks late, after the initial attempt was declined. If you have any further questions about the billing of your account, please contact us at ************.

I have power of attorney for my father who is 82 years old with severe dementia and am therefore responsible for his bills. EFS charged nearly $400 to my fathers credit card over April June 2024 before I was able to catch, cancel, and prevent any future charges (although I am still monitoring the account daily). On the phone however I was told that no refund will be given for the previous credit card charges, even if I were transferred to speak with a company supervisor. Additionally, I have found no evidence of any paperwork or written contract for the supposed home warranty. Based on the other complaints that I have read here, this company appears to have no issue taking advantage of the elderly and infirmed and will take their hard-earned money unknowingly. I would still like to see a full refund for all of the past charges that were applied to my father's credit card.

The third payment however could not be refunded by EFS, as this was collected by Home Warranty Logistics, the seller of this so called warranty/policy.
