      I entered into a financial plan with the business to complete my implant procedure. One 9/6 I scheduled the final procedure which was today's date of 9/27. Upon arrival I was confronted by the office manger telling me I was being denied service because my balance wasn't paid in full. The day before I received a phone call asking for $600 to make my account current in order to obtain the appointment, and upon further investigation they called back and told me I was good to go for today 9/27 for the implants. No where in the agreement does it state that the balance has to be paid in full before your final appointment and I was asked for the balance to be paid in full and when I couldn't pay the $9k (e) I was refused treatment.

      This patient defaulted on her financial agreement multiple times which voided the payment plan. She is at a good stopping point and we've had patients sit with implants for ten years before they come back to get the crowns on them. When she pays her bill we will place crowns on the implants.
