      My husband was seen there and told he needed to give a $100 deposit which is ridiculous. I am the policy holder for dental and they let my husband pay the full cost of the visit for 2 fillings!! Good dental offices don't do that and say they will submit to ins first then bill. This dental office is evidently there for the money and not the customer. He had 2 extractions and charged for sedation drug when it wasn't used! THEY HAVE A CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING. PRICE GOUGING!!

      We charge out the codes we are supposed to for insurance. We charge a deposit for appointments like fillings and crowns to make sure patients understand the importance of coming to their appointments. The money is credited to the bill so it isnt a separate charge. We dont bill out the full amount of extractions or fillings. We bill out the copay to the patient at the time of service and bill insurance for the remainder. Your husband was informed of what he would be expected to pay to make the appointment and what he would pay on the day of the appointment ahead of time in writing.

      While they post pics of great smiles and happy outcomes , the reality is they provide very expensive procedures and yet their outcomes are below average. *********************************** met me on 2/13/2023. He made it sound he will bring in magic to my teeth. Selling the best technology in the dentisry. and the best smile ever seen . After I paid the 14 K ,I never saw him again . He left it to his assistant ***** to do it all . I challenge them to prove Me wrong . I was fully awake in the two sessions and never saw the Top 1% doc ******* . I was left with ugly teeth and malfunctioning. When I complained on ****** reviews. He the top 1% dentist used public shaming and described My chronic periodontal disease as poor oral hygiene in public. ***************** when you smile, I see the unprofessionalism at its worst .

      Dr. **** spent Mothers Day weekend designing and making the crowns for this patient. He personally sat the restorations. The implants were in the wrong position but they were placed by another doctor. Patient refuses to be seen to attempt to make anything better.
