Do NOT do business with this company. They are a broker. I had coverage with a company they setup for me. And was paying $169 a month when my renewal can I spoke with their office and was advised my rate increased to $211. I had no accidents no occurrences no claims. They explained this was the best rate I could get and it increases for EVERYONE because of computers and sensors. Under the impression I had NO OTHER OPTIONS. I renewed my policy. Come to find out NO. This was not the best pricing. The first company I called on my own was almost $100 a month cheaper! My policy cancelled 7/16 @ ****am and I quickly renewed at 10 am on 7/17. When I called them back at 11am to cancel and advise I was going to another company they refused to cancel. I then had to go round and round with National General (who I also do not recommend I would be terrified to deal with any of these people during an actual claim) finally the agree to cancel and refund my money. But will not tell me how much. I received a refund for *****!! Claiming to backdate my coverage which I never asked for cancellation fees?? Reinstatement fees? And a percentage of the ENTIRE POLICY? This is robbery! Malicious business practices and predatory behavior! Trick me into thinking I had no other options to trap me into high rate costs and steal my pymnt! They should be ashamed! I will continue to rate this company and contact every agency until my money is refunded. Be aware of this company!
