We apologize for any difficulties that you experienced during the installation of your generator. We take great pride in exceeding client expectations and our immediate response to any needs that may come up during an installation. The appointment we scheduled for Friday April 11, 2025, will complete your final connection to the propane tank that you had installed after the initial installation of your generator. If this did not resolve all your issues, please contact us.Review fromDave C

The installation of our Kohler Home Generator was a complete joke from the beginning. The generator was installed and the first day they couldnt get it hooked up. After 4 or 5 visits finally the day before the January, 2025 ice storm it was supposedly hooked up and ready. On one of the install visits the ****************************** inspector showed up and halted the install because TriState didnt have a license to operate in ****************** in *******. Months went by. People quitting etc. The night of the ice storm we lost power. Generator did not come on. Called the emergency number. Evidently they didnt have a service tech in the ********** area. So there we were. New generator. No power. Called a local company who is a Kohler dealer and talked to a person at 2am and a service tech was here at 10 am that morning. He found numerous installation errors from TriState Water, Power and Air. They got us up and running until they could come back in a day or two and get us permanently fixed. Several issues were not up to code from the TriState installation and the local company corrected those. Several thousand dollars out of pocket which TriState did reimburse us for. Heres our advice. Pick a local company and spare yourself the nightmare that we experienced. The TriState Water Power and ****** commercial is somewhat deceiving making it sound like they are a local company when in fact they are in Missouri.Tri-State Water Power & Air

To who this may concern I had 4 different companies come out to give me estimates but Tri state was the only one that talked bad about other companies and there products and also was the only company that wanted to charge me $20,000 for a 26 kw generac. Also the sales man ***** told me I only had 1 day to decide before I lost my discounts that for one never showed me and being a disabled veteran he told me he gave me over a$1,000 discount but never showed his tablet just wrote down a price. He had also informed me that he only works 8 days out of the month and doesnt need or have to sell me a generator. I am sorry for having to send this but I hope that this is not how Tri state does business.Tri-State Water Power & Air

2 starsCertified Climate Control was our go to ********** for 10 years. They were High integrity and did excellent work. Sadly, that all changed this past year. Not only did they s**** up multiple times doing work at our house, but at the point that we needed a new AC system they gave us a price that was thousands of dollars high, they tried to add extras that we didnt need, and they inflated the price and value of the work that they were going to do. Plus, we found out during installation of the new system (by someone else) that some of the work they had done did not meet code and created a fire hazard in our attic. When I called to discuss this with their management, I was promised a call back. That was more than a month ago and now after at least four messages and attempts on my part to speak to someone and getting no response whatsoever I have been left choice but to leave this review. A company that used to be great has gone through some changes that make them not worth recommending.Review fromSherry R

It took two weeks to get an appointment. This is on a water softener the had just completed work during the summer for around *******. We made arrangements for my husband to be available. They called me at work and so I called them within minutes to let them know to call my husband. My husband talked to them several times and they confirmed they were coming. By 5:30 pm they still hadnt arrived. I called again and waited 10 minutes online and was informed they sent the technician elsewhere. Nobody bothered to call and tell us and we still have a leak next to our finished basement. Apparently, they expect you to be there when they arrive but dont expect to have to display the same level of professionalism or courtesy. Also, making it right is the privilege of you calling them, booking another appointment and taking another day off.Tri-State Water Power & Air

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with the scheduling and missed appointment. Your time is valuable, and we understand how important it is to have timely service, especially when dealing with a water leak near a finished basement. We regret that there was a miscommunication regarding your appointment and that our technician was reassigned without prior notice to you. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how disappointing this must have been. We are reviewing our scheduling and communication processes internally to prevent situations like this from happening in the future. Our goal is always to provide prompt, reliable service and ensure our customers are satisfied. We reviewed your file, and it looks like we were able to get a technician out there the following day to resolve the leak. If you are still having challenges, we would love the opportunity to ensure you are satisfied. Again, we truly appreciate your business and your patience and if we can do anything else to ensure you are fully satisfied, please let us know.Review fromValerie T

The people we have talked to give you a run around, they do not stand behind their sales personal. They sold us a water system without letting us know of the up keep, we were told that only 2 things would need to be ***laced..not so..the only reason we are still with them is their service *** had worked with us to set up a better system to help with the high iron in area.Tri-State Water Power & Air

Tri-State immediately made contact and devised a plan to address these concerns. After testing the system, we made the necessary adjustments, and the water system is working properly. Additionally, we worked with the customer to ensure proper maintenance windows are met and the maintenance costs will be spread out over a longer period of time.Review fromGennine W

The first installation of the reverse osmosis system lasted 2 months. After the 2nd system was installed, I had absolutely no hot water coming out of any faucets in the whole house. Not sure what the guy did, but he needs to learn how to deal with plumbing if he going to install water systems in homes. The hot water tap has absolutely no water at all coming out, hot or cold. Paid for replace waterheater. Left my old heater in the basement, promised to return to take it because is too heavy. Never came back, called couple times, still no one show up. Ask if they finished everything before you pay. Should withhold part of payment before they finish everything.Tri-State Water Power & Air

Do not trust this company. Two weeks ago they came and gave me an estimate for a backup generator. The sales representative said he needed a check to lock in the price, but it would be held until I got back to him. I told him I was still thinking about it earlier this week. Friay, the bank notified me that they cashed anyway. They are very untrustworthy.Tri-State Water Power & Air
