    I bought a vehicle in October 2023 and the engine light continued to come on. They told me it was the spark plugs twice but it was the engine. They told me they did an all point inspection on the vehicle but it must have been a lie because multiple things hadn&#**;t been done. The car wouldn&#**;t turn on, I said a new battery was needed and they said no, that a new battery had been placed in the vehicle which was not true. The promised rugs in the vehicle, I didn&#**;t get that. I took the car to a **** Dealership as told by H313434353631**383736H and within a day they found the cracked engine and the whole engine had to be replaced. I had to pay for the brakes and rotors. I also needed my door fixed. From the beginning, *** & ***** were very nice. ***** was very arrogant, dishonest, and disrespectful.

    First time in 10years that we have been a Customer with 2 owned vehicles that are always serviced with them, that were treated VERY POORLY. We always schedule our appointments for service in advance a week or two in advance. We scheduled BOTH vehicles back to back, but at least that is how they did it. we dropped off our truck and 24 hours later, we go to pick it up and drop off the other vehicle. BUT ONLY TO FIND OUT , THEY DID NOT TOUCH THE FIRST VEHICLE. NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE to either one of the owners and YES phone #'s are on file. *************************** double checked with me making sure we had CORRECT phone numbers on file with them. It is not the CUSTOMER'S fault if over booking occurs. We only needed an OIL CHANGE. a phone call would have satisfied us completely. No compensation was offered. Actually nothing was.
