My guy decided to gift me 4 new tires for my Kia ******** Since I worked in Des ***** to create convince for my drive, he found a place close to my work. Which was AP Automotive. Purchase was 1/2/24. Which he wrote 1/2/23. Which I believe was an innocent error. Since we had just embarked on a new year. I started to notice before my surgery 6/4/24. My front tires started to have white showing inside part tire. Both front tires. I reached out to AP auto. I did not get answer a left a voicemail. Hoping they would return my call. Never received a call. After leaving work awaiting a return call. I called someone picked-up I ask for manager. The individual acted as if they could not understand me resulting in them hanging up on me. I called back no answer of course. Here I am 8/12/24 driving into work I had my front tire blow out while I was in furthest lane on the highway. I pull over call my boss then AP Auto. Automatically short with me caring more about when i called then handling my customer issue. (Stating he is the only one that answers call etc.) Not more concerned with a woman who just had a tire blowout still on the highway who has her receipt and spent ****** with you not 6 months ago. Nonetheless, I get there he is very short a slightly aggressive with so much I'm on the phone with my dad who is making sure I am ok. He keeps saying you need wheel alignment that what's wrong. I said so you are saying that to say. You are telling me you would look at the car. He opens the trunk an immediately says. No, you need alignment. Not offering caring service. Not suggesting automatic dismissing me. Not saying the tires are under warranty we can replace this time we suggest alignment. Going forward we will not be able to honor the warranty without proof of an alignment. He did not even view to the car to be sure in it still need alignment. When I called after leaving my car to follow-up on the decision his exact words guy said H*** NAW to honoring the warranty
