An *** agent quickly contacted us in a very professional an efficient manner. The situation was resolved on the spot. The communication was very helpful and easy to understand the steps we needed to take. The insulation by **** and ***** was very professional and quick. They explained everything every step of the way. The only issue I have was that when I was first told about the installation, the salesperson said that I should go with the motion detectors instead of window sensors and when **** and ***** came out they talked about the window sensors instead of the motion detector and I installed the window sensors. This in turn led me to a quote for service that was higher than I expected. I was comfortable with the window sensors because that's what I was expecting in the long run for myself but it was misleading as far as the salesperson. Telling me one thing and then hearing another thing from **** and *****. Overall though I am very satisfied as far as the system that I have set upReview from Catherine M
