    my *** CD came due and I went to withdraw it and was hit with a $50 ****************** fee for withdrawing it. There was no fee when I first deposited the money 5 years ago, but they changed the rules later on their own which should be illegal. they should be ashamed to take money from senior citizens like that.

    At 1 pm I entered the Alliance Credit Union to take out a cash deposit. I was greeted at the counter by a teller. Upon reviewing my withdrawal slip for 6600. She asked me why I needed the money. She said the bank has been experiencing some fraud and she was told to ask these questions. Then she asks if I would take a cashiers check. I declined. After a few moments she returned to the counter and said she couldn't give me cash over 3500 without a manager's approval. She told me to come back or wait until she could get ahold of a manager. I was also told one would be coming back shortly. I am appalled at this treatment. I'm sitting in the lobby without my cash in my hand. I was expecting to be in and out. I was then summoned to the counter and my withdrawal being placed on neatly on it. As I wait agin she asks for the second time what the money was for. I was pressed but I didn't want to lash out at a young lady doing what a manager has requested of her. I stood there as the line behind me grew. She apologized again because the manager was chatting with her via computer and they kept a continuous correspondence. Eventually she gave me my cash withdrawal slip and I departed. This is deplorable and in my eyes discriminatory.

    My Wife and I refinanced our truck through alliance. we got a better interest rate, and then we were lied to by ***** ****** who told us if we bought our warranty through alliance credit union and canceled our warranty from the dealer we could be able to apply that money from the dealer warranty o our loan and that alliance would recalculate our payments to the new balance. We Thought it was untrue at the time but ***** was very convincing. Needless to say he lied to us and we were not able to get our payments recalculated. ****** and ****** *****.
