On January 04, 2024 , Myself and my daughter filed applications to obtain occupancy at 1146 Ravina **************************** . At that time we submitted all the required information and were charged a $40 application fee for each application. Shortly after we filed we received a text message that the current property manager had been let go and directed to contact ****** at ************ . i originally had text Sydney but after several hours i had not recieved any response so i called to check the status of my application. When ****** answered she was very rude and instructed me never to call her again. The following day i drove to the ravina estates office and spoke with the current manger who assured me she would check the status of my application and get back to me before 5pm. When the current manager called she let us know that our application had been approved but this particular home needed a few minor repairs before we could move into the home. Every Week since we are mer with a new excuse as to why we cannot move into the unit and this has caused a hardship on my family as we are having to pay hotel expenses while we wait.

I've been going back and forth with my landlord and post office about getting a mailbox key. The post office said they could cut the locks off and put new ones on. The landlord said no and they would do it. This has been going on since August 1rst. I have important documents including my new baby's information, regarding my food stamps, as well as other packages.

As of yesterday(12/04/22) we have not had full electricity in our home. We’ve done everything we can to make sure the problem is not on our end. We’ve called the electric company and they came to check their equipment. Everything on their end is good, but they saw that the wires running from the pole to our mobile home are melting and corroded and need to be replaced asap. We live in a mobile home community so the responsibility for this being fixed is on them. We have a toddler, and currently have no heat,no stove, no hot water. The only thing that works is a couple lights. We’ve been constantly trying to contact the property manager and the owners to no avail. We finally received a call at about 9:30 last night and the property manager said they call someone to look at it first thing this morning. Well it’s now 1:20pm and we have heard nothing more from them and we cannot get ahold of anyone. Even went to the park office and no one is there. On top of all of this they just gave us all a notice yesterday (12/4/22), that the lot rent would be increasing by $275 dollars starting January 1st. This is a huge increase with less than 30 day notice, and they aren’t even taking care of the community. We need our electricity fixed immediately. It’s cold,we can’t cook, bathe, or stay warm. As a mother I am worried sick having my son in these conditions.
