              They had a pepper spray recall because they were faulty but no way i can tell if my product falls under the recall because the expiration date is put on a cheap label and it wears off over time. They need to print the exp date on the can, NOT the paper label.

              Door/window alarms work well. Ordered online because no local store carried them. They arrived in a few days. The items in the four pack all had DEAD BATTERIES. So I called their customer service line asking for a refund of part of the cost, because as needed them right now and could buy more batteries locally. The response was they would send a shipping label so I could e turn them and they would send another group pack. I said I have an elderly person who is wandering and unsafe and needed the alarms right now. She said they would do nothing else. Batteries cost $6.60 each, and every alarm requires 4.
