I then stated that we might as well cancel the application because if you all don't take into considerate that people are self employed or do rideshare where it brings in an extra 2000-4000 a month on top of Full time pay of 3500 a month. I really do think she misunderstand what the overall company is looking for when it come income because her explanation didn't make sense and then she disconnect the call because she didn't like that fact I said I will dispute it since we never actually started the application process because you need additional documents. And I didn't like that fact that when I went on Apartment.com and sent a message that you all sign me up with an online account without my permission. I had to do a password reset and I never set up an account with you all or communicated with you all in the past about an apartment. I am request fee refund and call from corporate. What was explain to me over the phone I believe it should be also on your website going into detail what is needed to rent. I brought a 2022 car back in 2022 being self employed and they took my ride share information as verified income because I was bringing in 6000 a month doing rider share so I think you all need to update your income policy. Its 2024, everyone income is not a full time job.
