  ***** at Leemark Construction came and fixed all the trim work around my garage. He wrapped all the wood trim and around the windows with aluminum so there would be no more rain damage. He kept me well informed and I feel that he was very reasonable with pricing. I will for sure continue to call him when I need work done.

  ***** responded immediately to my request on the BBB website for a need for a quote on installing 2 ceiling fans in my condo. He gave me the quote in email and after consulting with my husband, I contacted ***** and set up for him to come the next day to install them. ******* offer was lower than the other quotes we received. ***** was prompt and pleasant and efficiently installed the ceiling fans with lights after asking us a question about how we wanted the switch set up. We also talked to him about having him come back to do some future projects for us.

  After four days of rain, we experienced flooding in our basement due to sump pump failure. ***** responded to my husband's ************* requesting assistance and came out the very next day. ***** ordered all the supplies, running to the store multiple times, replaced our sump pump and extended the pipe for the water to run further away from the house. In a state of emergency on a weekend, ***** was prompt, reliable and very helpful. His prices were also fair. We would definitely recommend him to others.

  *** **** Construction has completed many jobs for me over the past 20 plus years including kitchen remodel, basement, windows, siding, flooring, bathroom remodeling x2 and many many jobs for home improvement. I would not hesitated to contact *** **** Construction to do a job in my home. His work was far above what I had expected and I will continue to contact the business for my home improvement and home repairs etc.

  Leemark has done so much work for me, from small projects to a full bathroom remodel. Twice, they have created custom designs from drawings I made (enclosed wood steps off my patio and a privacy screen and canopy for my hot tub area). Leemark is always timely and always more than fair on the price. They are knowledgeable about permits/city rules, when applicable. As a single female homeowner, I have come to trust Leemark with all of my projects/needs.

  Leemark has done a great job every time we have hired them. They have installed 20 ft fiberglass columns, windows, flooring and other major work. We will be using them again this year with some new projects. The work done is beautiful, quality work, and comes when they say. We highly recommend LeeMark Construction. So happy to have found them.

  I am writing to file a formal complaint against the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for its misleading and unreliable vendor listings. I believed the BBB was a trusted resource for consumers, but it operates no differently than paid listing sites like Angies List or Thumbtack. Businesses can pay to be listed, and their credentials are not properly verified.Specifically, I hired Leemark Construction, which was listed on the BBB website with an A+ rating. My experience was far from what this rating would suggest. ***** *******, the owner, was extremely unprofessional and caused extensive damage to my home. I had to stop him from continuing the work because of his lack of skill and poor workmanship. I have video evidence, photos, and receipts for the additional costs I incurred to hire competent contractors to fix the damage he caused.We took this matter to small claims court, and I won the case, further demonstrating the low quality of service provided by Leemark Construction. I do not recommend this company to anyone, as it is essentially a one-man operation with little expertise and a track record of taking advantage of clients.This experience has shown me that the BBB is not a reliable source for finding reputable businesses. Listing a company like Leemark Construction with an A+ rating misleads consumers. I strongly urge the BBB to improve its verification process and ensure that listed businesses meet high standards of quality and professionalism.

  We were about to move forward with a tile repair through another contractor. Found Leemark through BBB and decided to contact for a second opinion before moving forward and was glad I did. Leemark responded to our request immediately, came out at the time he said he would, and provided a much more honest & reasonable assessment for the job required than the competitor in this case. We decided to go forward with Leemark; they completed the job quickly and with good quality. They even came back out a couple days later to repair an un-related gutter issue that was noticed when doing the tile repair at no charge. Honest and reasonable quotes, quality work, reliable (showing up when saying they would, delivering fast / friendly service), and taking time to fix an unrelated problem at no charge is 'above-and-beyond' in my book - would definitely recommend and will use again.
