So I purchased a vehicle from them back in November 2024 I only had the vehicle for 7 months & within the 3/4 month of me having it it started making this weird noise ..I was told it was my water pump so I replaced that & after that it started running hot I can barely drive down the street from my house before having to pull on the side of the rodeI got the truck towed to their car shop & was told it could be a blown head gasket & that if so my warranty does not cover it but in order for them to even find out I have to pay them $1,192 to break my car down to see & if its a head gasket thats blown I have to find somebody else to put the car back together & pay someone else to fix it . He stated that my warranty covered the ********************* so I was confused on how the head gasket was not apart of that if its connected to the engine . My car has been there since & wasnt told that they charge a fee by the day after a week of sitting in the shop until a month later after its been sitting .Review from Roosevelt E

So bought a truck from rep ******* and he said everything was fine which is looked as so but a month later 4/4 doesn't work and check engine light on oh the truck is 38000$ so premier their auto shop said everything is fine but problem came back now premier says oh it's not covered by warranty but we have our finance company you have to get loan thru them and **************. GMT is not what it use to be. I purchased a vehicle from GMT on 10/25/23 and on 11/08/23 the engine and the oil light came on. Also, the fan continued to run after the vehicle was turned off. I went there on 11/9/23 asking to speak with a manager and was told by the manager to take it to Premier so they could check it out. They did and I was told that the parts wouldn't be in until the 27th of November. I wasn't happy at that point and asked that my vehicle be swapped out for something else. I was told that couldn't happen and the loan was funded already. This was a shoddy experience. GMT, has no care for the customers once a deal is done.Review from Arzeria S.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I JUST BROUGHT A VEHICLE AND IT HASN'T BEEN TWO WEEKS AND THE *** HAS BEEN IN THE **** 5 OF THOSE DAYS. THE MANAGER IS A *********..DONT NOBODY COMMUNICATE INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER **** IT SHOULD BE. THEY LIE ABOUT THE ***S BEING USED OR NOT SO THEY CAN SELL THEM. THEN THEY HAD THE ***** TO SAY WE CANT BEING THE *** BACK LIKE WHO THE **** YOU THINK YOU TALKING TOO SIR IT HASN'T BEEN TWO WEEKS. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ?? ?? ?? I Bought A Car From There 4//24/23. They Never Gave Me A Loaner, From The Beginning. Even though they had my money & the contract was Signed for a Week Exactly 2 months Later The Engine Goes Out 6/26/23. I Have The Car Towed To Premier, ******** tells me the engine was bad.. i have ****************** contract. They Have had my car since 6/26/23. i just got a call back 6/29/23. after i been calling everyone getting the run around They Call Me everyone knows about my car except me. Premier tell me there under staffed & will have my car for 2-3 weeks. they want me to pay for the rental & dont wanna give me a loaner after they know the car had a Faulty Engine, Not The Fact that i paid **** Down payment & 2 car payments. ***** The Sale Manager Hung Up On Me. Definitely Not the right way to treat i Hard Pay Customers.

****************, we're very sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately we don't have loaner cars just to give out. You purchased an ASIS vehicle that got towed in 2 months after the sale. The engine was covered under warranty. As for the shop, parts are still hard to come by and it takes time. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.Review from Chassidy B

Buyers Beware!!!!! They prey on the unknown and they mislead you to believe one thing when in reality its something else. They are nothing but con artist and want to rush and have you to fill out an application to sell you a piece of junk don't let them make a fool out of you.GMT Auto Sales Response
