            I went to pick up a deer I had processed and it was raw and not completed on the jerky. I would like to get my money back.

            When the customer came in and told us how he wanted his deer cut, he stated he wanted jerky. He was advised then that we will slice jerky, but we do not cook the jerky. Also, we do not charge for slicing the jerky, we do that as a convenience for our customers. The amount he was charged for the actual processing of the deer and is the same price any customer pays for ********************** a deer. We have attached a copy of the ******** post we made about the upcoming deer season, which does state that we will not be making jerky, only slicing it for people to cook on their own. We have also attached a copy of his invoice, which shows he was not charged for the slicing of the jerky in anyway. We would have been happy to refund the amount for the jerky, but he wasn't charged for that, just for the processing of his deer as a whole. We apologize for the misunderstanding, but we attempted to make everyone aware of what we were and weren't able to do this season using social media and then again when they came into the shop.
