            On or about last week of June West County Irrigation came to my residence to change out 3 working water valves that the company owner, **** ******* indicated were but still working. He recommended preventative maintenance to avoid any problems later in the season. *** ******* sent his son to do the work & he literally spent all day trying to rewire the valves in which he could not get it working. Shortly after that *** ******* showed up with his son to show him how to properly install the updated valves. They spent a couple hours trying to get it to work & indicated to my wife & I that he is going to have to retrench the watering system in order to get it to work which is over 125 ft. In length. West County Irrigation did not show up several weeks later to complete the job. At that juncture I started making calls to *** ******* on a weekly basis to ask when he would complete the installation. To date I have never gotten a return phone call after trying to contact him dozens of times. I have recently sent him a demand email basically begging him to complete the job by November 1. I have yet to get a return phone call or email from him. That being said I am asking the BBB to help me out in getting satisfaction.

            I have had this company for 4 - 5 years. The company made two appointments and didnt show. Third time they come and they didn't have the right part. They charged me for the parts they didn't have and for the visit and the one part they did have. they said it would be another 10 days before they could come out again. This all started 5 weeks ago. I pay for the service every year. He flagged the problems that we have but didn't note them in the report. I tried the office but wasn't able to talk to the owner. I'm hiring another company to do the work they can't seem to do.

            ****************** 1st appointment was 4-13-22 he was charged for a start up and evaluation , he was told at that time repairs were needed . he was only charged for the Start up . His 2nd appointment was canceled due to rain . the rescheduled appointment was on 5-9-22 what repairs that could be done on that day were done , some parts were not available . He was very confrontational with the technician and was yelling at him , He then called the office , and was yelling at the office staff .She finally had to terminate the call due to the fact he would not calm down . He was only charged for the parts that we had to get his system running . The only repairs needed now are to a drip system . He has a appointment scheduled on 5-18-22 , parts have been ordered , and should be back in stock at that time . At no time was he charged or made to pay in advance for parts that we did not have . Customer does not seem to understand that not all parts are available at this time . Due to shipping delays .
