Charge of $9.95 on my bank statement that was never authorized. I have never heard of this company and did not receive any product of services from them.Business response

We went ahead and issued a refund of $9.95 as the customer requested. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

Well I recently was scammed and someone ended up getting my credit card number and just a few minutes ago my cashpp was almost charged 112.75 to recipient www.Nobsvitalz.com....thank God I had my app the where I can lock it but still I think this place or company is exactly what the previous complaint said working with or is the same ones doing this to ppl its bullshitBusiness response

You have signed up for a 5-day Trial of the ******* ****** **** *** for $6.99. With your purchase, you have won an entry to the sweepstakes offer for the Dewalt Power Station, this does not mean you have won the item. If you continue your subscription after the trial period, we will automatically bill your card for the monthly fee of $112.75. However, the said charge was declined. Due to the misunderstanding, we have cancelled your subscription to avoid future billing.
Rest assured, the account is cancelled, and you won't receive any further charges.

I am rejecting this response because: first off what should happen is someone call *** ******** or dewalt because you were using the company's names acting like you were *** which is illegal ! The whole thing is a scam and all your "Sorry for your inconvenience BS " and all the other "apologies " are as fake as your business is.....just a front to scammed people for a free trial? That's not what the ad said because I know *** ******** doesn't have a health and skin program or whatever the **** you are saying it is....and the 6.99 was for shipping and handling to "Recieve" the item ......no where was it clearly written I was gonna be charged or anyone for that matter 113? After 5 day ? Lmao the funny things is is I use to live in Branson so if this is someone I know who owns this business you some slick **** lmao

I ordered a product online from another website which was supposed to be for $4.95 shipping only. My credit card was charged the $4.95 for an in person purchase by the website “untangled health” which I never heard of and I received a .1 ounce jar of some unknown brand moisturizer. The same day my credit card was charged $39.95 for an in person purchase by Nobsvitalz.com who said I ordered a moisturizer from them. I live in El Paso and have never visited their store. Untangled health doesn’t even have a physical store. I believe these 2 websites are working together to defraud people. I reported the $39.95 charge to my credit card company and they originally refunded it but then reinstated it because no bs vitalz said I received the product.Business response

Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter. Thank you.
