            Hired Jason Casaus on May 26, 2021 to begin construction of 30 x 40 ft. garage with living quarters. Advanced payment of $13,000 paid in advance. Casaus failed and refused to complete the construction, failed to appear for work on a regular basis, and abandoned the job. Casaus has failed and refused to refund any portion of cash down payment. Job was to build 30 x 40 x 5" ft. concrete foundation placed on 4" compacted fill. Casaus partially excavated and trenched land leaving work unfinished. Worley ***e is 91 years old and a veteran on disability.
