    Paid ***************** to install Christmas lights. He was a no show, no call, no refund. Beware.

    I used this company for many years since we moved to South County in 2015 with no problems. There was an ownership change (I think) and now I think this company is going by "Green" something. First, they used a credit card previously on file and started to charge my account. I stopped that immediately and gave them a check for $350 for a guaranteed price for lawn treatment for the year. And they threw in grub control and lime treatment. Stupid me. That was in April 2023. They applied one authentic treatment shortly after that. Then nothing. NOTHING during the time all my neighbors are having their treatments done. He sent out a woman who spot-sprayed a few weeds. After a week I redid it so they would die. Since then he has an excuse for every week he doesn't show up. I know I am a chump for feeling sorry for this guy and I am out $350. Our yard looks the worst it has ever looked since we moved here. I feel for the others on this thread that you also have had bad experiences with these rotten apples. I wish there was a negative rating because they deserve one star.

    Paid $350 for Christmas lights installation in August 2022. Promised to have them up before Thanksgiving. Never hung our lights. Agreed in mid December to refund our money. Never did. Now will not respond to text messages or phone messages. Disappointing as we were a loyal customer for several years.

    This company was hired to treat my lawn since 2021. At first everything was ok. They would call me about the service and if I ok'd it, they would charge my credit card. This past year, miscellaneous services would be charged to my card without my approval. I would call and talk to ****. He would tell me what the service was. If I felt I needed it, I would go ahead and pay for it. Otherwise, **** would say that the application they were using was randomly charging for services. They now owe me $454. I even paid for next year ($250) when he said they would bring the check for the errant charges by. That was in Dec. Still no checks, no credit to the account. Now they won't even return my phone calls. Being a senior on a fixed income, I could sure use my refund. **** would always have to check with his boss.... to verify that he would ok the charges or that he would ok the refund.

    Charged cc in 2021 but never rcvd lights due to labor shortage supposedly Promised to install next year but never installed and never called and I did not recoup my money. Due to my cc being on file they fraudulently charged my card an addl 3xs in 2022 for absolutely no services. My bank contacted them and they called me after that claiming they had issues with their service randomly charging people. I had to cancel my cc. They owe me $1925. They have not communicated plans to reimburse. I will take legal action if not resolved this week.

    Ditto for thus far being screwed by this company claiming to hang Christmas lights. Clearly stated roofline perimeter lights needed to be up and operational for the evening of our Thanksgiving gathering, Nov. 19th. Our previous lighting installer died sadly. They first contacted ** in late July about hanging lights for Christmas. Then called again in August begging for the business. Then I realized when looking at our credit card. They charged ** in July and August fir lights that wouldnt go up until November!!! I called the credit card company and told them to place both charges in dispute and way. So they did. We get another call with a bunch of excuses on what mistakes occurred and they were no longer accepting cc payments only checks. They would came for a check in early November and said roofline colored lights would be installed on Nov. 16th. That day came and no one showed and in calling we were told their truck was broke down. Theyd be out by Friday, Nov. 18th. That day comes; no colored lights available, only clear/white. With a that if nothing option, agreed to white. They show up, cut the front roofline lengths, hang but dont have plugs installed, tell my husband theyre leaving for a short dinner break and will be back to finish the job. NEVER CAME BACK. No perimeter lights for our Thanksgiving gathering. After multiple calls my husband gets a return call and owner claims he didnt know the job wasnt finished. Today the crew shows up AGAIN and the e guy says Hes afraid of heights and wants a boot for adjusting leg heights on the ladder for where our yard slopes, theres a ********** or Lowes minutes from **. THEY LEAVE AGAIN a little after 11:00 a.m., ITs 4:45 pm AND THEY HAVE NIT RETURNED!!! The guy was wearing a Rays ********************* Shirt do a subcontractor I presume! Hes not afraid to climb trees just ladders agai st a solid house?!? GREENCO is criminal as far as Im concerned. WORST COMPANY EVER. BEWARE!!!

    GreenCo is now using the name: **** **** **** ******** Paid to have monthly lawn service in March of 2022. After continuous calling and monthly charges, they finally showed up in June for initial lawn treatment. Requested reimbursement for services not completed and to discontinue lawn service. GreenCo / **** **** **** promised to send a check immediately. After calling several times and receiving lame excuses about the check being "in the mail" or the owner "hasn't been in to sign the check", I finally received a check in the mail 7/20/22. 7/28/2022 - I just received a statement from my bank. The check from GreenCo / **** **** **** had insufficient funds and I have just been charged an additional $13.00 on top of the money for services not performed by this inept company. (I did not want to give them 1 star) Warning do NOT give GreenCo / **** **** **** your credit card information!
