            I purchased a 2007 Subaru legacy. It drove fine during the test drive for 30 min. We like the car a bought it. Cost was 4000 with a 6 month warranty in case anything broke. My son drove it from independence MO to Linn MO, about 200 miles, and it blew a head gasket. Cost of repair was 7000 because the Warranty company would not cover the cost because the shop showed evidence that the dealer put stop gap in the radiator and knew the radiator was bad. I called he shop and they will not give me a refund. I just want my $4000 dollars back along with the 385 dollars for the taxes and title. The car was driven for 1 day. 1 day and it was done. I just want a full refund, now, now, not later. And the dealer needs to get the car from Columbia, mo.

            Where do I start. I bought a car from Car Plus only to fin out about two weeks later that My son car has exhaust leak at the top of Y-Pipe junction where it was not properly welded, and my son power steering hose is rubbing on exhaust. Spoke to Ron who said he would run it pass his boss. Ron called next day saying that his boss would not do anything about and do what I need to do. That place is trash and the cars they sell isn't what it appears to be. I don't recommend this place because they sell and pass faulty inspections. I thought they do the right thing by fixing issues, but they choose to ignore it. If I was you guys, I would contact the Attorney General and file a complaint.

            The Pontiac G6 Annie J*****n purchased for for her 16 yr. old son for $2500 did not have an exhaust leak or have a power steering hose rubbing on the exhaust and did pass Mo. Vehicle Inspection at time of sale. Customer called 2 weeks later and stated the problem, was offered a $2000 refund that she declined. We cannot control what happens to a vehicle when it leaves. The Mechanics that repair and inspect Cars Plus vehicles have inspected 20,000 plus vehicles with an excellent rating with the Mo. State Highway Patrol. We do not just pass an inspection on a car that does not pass. Annie J*****n was offered a 6 month service contract "warranty" that she also declined. And agreed to purchase the $2500 car AS-IS.
