They have not provided proper disconnection notices for utilities and they are supposed to provide you with a 10 day written notice or a 48 hour notice. He did not do this and stopped my service.

Service for this customer was terminated due to non-payment of bill. Quarterly invoices were mailed mid-September and it was clearly stated payment was due by October 10th. A second notice was left at the residence Tuesday, November 28th. The customer reached out and we offered to return to pick up their trash if the bill was paid in full. The customer's complaint states ****** notice is required prior to shut off. The document provided to us by the customer was found on ismo.org. This notice specifically applies to utilities regulated by the ******** Public Service Commission (****). The **** does not regulate trash pick-up services.
