I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, nor would I ever return to this dealership. I drove 2.5 hours to buy my Jeep Wrangler in the middle of February 2023. I did negotiations over the phone, which included all weather mats and the freedom panel bag. When I arrived there weren't all-weather mats in the back, which we previously discussed, nor did they ever supply the mats. I had to call two different times to have the freedom panel bag shipped to my home, which when delivered was a cheap quality freedom panel bag. I was told and even texted (which I showed proof of) that stated the amount of time left on the factory warranty. I went to another dealership a month later to have my Jeep repaired, I was told then that my Jeep was made in Canada and the factory warranty was not able to be used in the States. I was not informed when buying my Jeep, it was made in Canada, and I was definitely informed that there was a factory warranty on the Jeep. When I called Capitol to discuss the issues, I was rather dismissed and told to use the extended warranty I purchased. Thankfully I did purchase the extended warranty, but I purchased it to "extend" the existing warranty. I even remembered going back and forth when talking to the man in finances, as I was unsure since I was told I had a rather long time still on my factory warranty. With the extended warranty I have a deductible I have to pay each time the Jeep needs maintenance. The only thing Capitol did to "help" right their wrongs (which in reality was completely lie to me) was state they were going to mail me a $100 check to cover the deductible. Although, if I need any other additional repairs made from now until when my factory warranty should have expired, I would be out of my own pocket. All my manuals are in French (didn't notice until later) and paying for manuals in English is ridiculous when buying a vehicle from a dealership. This is not a trustworthy dealership and lying to customers is unacceptable.

All of our pre-owned vehicles are sold as is on the ** ****** Buyers Guide and the customer signs as this at time of delivery. We are not responsible for what Car Fax says and they even have a disclaimer stating they are just a guide. Every customer signs a car fax at time of delivery and it clearly states it is a previous ******** vehicle. It is not our process to lie to anyone and are a full disclaimer dealership. We do at our cost not to a customer put on an admen warranty on the vehicle at time of sale that matches the ** factory warranty with a hundred dollar deductible and customer gets a copy of this. We are a full disclosure dealership and are very trustworthy and no intent of lying what so ever. As good will towards the customer we did do a one time credit on her deductible for customer satisfaction and shared that with them..We are a full disclosure dealership and our attempts are always to be so.

Incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service from the ******************* namely **** (service tech or similar) and the ****************** Manager. Within the past month, we purchased a $95,000 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer from another dealership. Upon receival, there were a barrage of factory issues for the 4WD, heating/cooling, and etc. We chose to take the Jeep into a closer dealership (Capitol City Chrysler) with hope that it would be resolved. When we first took it in, they kept the Jeep for several days and sent us home in a rental van. Not a big deal, at least things were getting fixed. Upon pickup (we are located an hour away), I noticed that everything but the 4WD issue were unresolved. Since I'd driven one hour to get it with two toddlers and had already switched out car seats, I decided to take the Jeep home that night and reschedule for a follow-up appointment. Regarding the follow-up appointment, I was told by ****/the ****************** that I could bring my 4-year-old in and wait for the repairs while it was worked on. He said it wouldnt take that long. Fast-forward to today, our follow-up appointment, where we dropped the Jeep off at 8:30 a.m. My husband and I had an errand pending in a city two hours away and wanted to give the ****************** time to do what needed to be done. We showed back up at 2:30 p.m. only to be told that it had not been worked on at ALL. Keep in mind we live one hour away and had given them six hours. My husband tried to speak with **** and the Service Manager, both of whom put blame back on us (for adding a newly-developed Bluetooth issue or in their words, "three other things"), and claimed they were short-staffed. We own two businesses and are also short-staffed. We have NEVER provided a customer with this kind of customer service in 14 years of being in business. ****/the Service Manager were consistently rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to take accountability. I would not recommend them for service work.
