I had Fisher fence install a fence at my house in ********, where my daughter and grandson are living. The front gate has never closed correctly and we contacted them, and were told he would come out and put in a pin. I also have asked him to send me an invoice. He said he left a copy under the doormat, but my daughter doesnt know where it is. Lastly, within 3 months of installing the fence their dog ran into the fence causing the lower half to pull away. The dog is a boxer and only weighs 60lbs. This never shouldve occurred. We have contacted ***** numerous times, he says he will come over to check it out and then says he got too busy. This is wrong. I would like home to fix the fence or replace the section and put in the pin at the gate.Business response

The company did come by and replace the broken fence section at our cost. I would love to send you a copy of the original invoice, but at this point I have not received a copy.
