    I bought an oven from the Lowes outlet and it needed a gas line hooked up. Hardware store suggested that I not try it myself and to call a technician to hook up. I went on line and thought I was contacting Triple A appliance and was given this out of state number. I called and gave them my zip code and someone from this number ************ called me back, I explained my situation and he assured me that they could take care of it for ***** and said they had the supplies when I questioned him and that the tech would be there between 3 and 5 pm. The guy shows up around 6 pm. Looks at the oven and says I have good news and bad. Yes it can be fixed but I don't have the supplies and need to go tomorrow to get the part. He said the visit would be ****** for everything. He asked me how I would be paying and I said by card. He said he couldn't take a care but would take cash or check. When I got my check book I asked why company to make it out to and he said make it out to me. I questioned him on whether he was the owner and he said know. He promised to be back the next day between 9 and noon. When he did not show I called the company several times with no answer. I did reach him one time and he said he was still waiting for the part. Have not heard from him since and has been over a week. He did however cash the check right after he left my house according to the bank, so I could not stop payment. I have already filed a police report and have tried the company several times with no response. I would like my money back if possible. I did have to hire another company to fix the problem, which he did in about 15 min. He said that there was no special part that was needed and did not know what this guy was talking about.
