      Call repeatedly and never say what it is about on the voice mail. I will never answer an unknow number nor will I call back unless I know why. Typical sleazy debt collector.

      They keep calling my phone and I continue to not answer. I don't HAVE any medical debt. This feels scammy to me, to be honest.Not to mention; none of these reviews are positive...it seems a bit suspicious.

      First of all we have been in business over 50 years in the ****** area. So we are not scammers. I cannot find this name in our system so maybe if they would answer their phone we might find out we have a wrong phone number.

      I spoke with an associate, *****, and discussing a debt with me, then she was demanding that I make a payment and demeaned me. She said that I was provided a service and I should pay it and stated that she was going to put it in the record that I refused to pay it. I told her 3 times that I am not saying that and if she put it in the computer that would be a lie. I called back and asked for the supervisor, *******, and I told him I had a dispute with his employee and hung up. I called back and he said he would not talk to me, said I insulted his employee and he just wanted to talk about the debt. I told him that I did not insult the employee, I just told her it was a lie on what she was telling me. I thought they were very rude and unprofessional.

      Horrible people, unprofessional, rude! ******* refused to provide me the number to Equifax. I was transferred to a "manager" and he hung up on me. Disgusting, dishonest, and skeezy people!

      This company has called me numerous times at work, after being told repeatedly to stop calling me at work. When I finally put my foot down, the employee said "fine we have no choice but to send it to litigation." She also said she had tried calling my personal phone several times, but my printed phone record shows no calls or voicemails from their number. This company is highly unprofessional and when clients stand up for themselves they are threatened with legal action.

      First of all the last time we called her work was November of last year. She told us today not to call her work. So we won't. We also never said we would litigate that is not up to us.

      My place of employment is receiving calls everyday from ***** ****** with mcs. Calling this much is excessive and harassing. You must cease and desist calling me at my place of employment. I have never given your company my work number nor have I signed a hippa release for you to have access to any of my medical-financial or personal information.

      We keep very detailed records of when and where we call. We never called ******************** work every day. This is absolutely inaccurate.
