All American Paving chip and sealed my driveway at ***** **** ***** ******* ** the week of Aug. 27, 2020. The proposal that I signed (and have a copy of) said "All work guaranteed 3 years." By summer of 2021, the chip and seal had broken and small pot holes were starting to form. I called ****** and asked him to come take a look and repair the work. My first call was in July. Since July, I have called and left messages and texted numerous times. Since my phone only keeps three months history, and I was not getting any response, I found them on Facebook and started using messenger, which keeps a permanent record of the messages. I have messaged 5 times since using Messenger, since Sept 26, 2021. I have also continued to call, which I noted at times on the message. In all of these 6 months of effort to reach out to them, I got one reply via Messenger, saying ****** had been out for a couple of months and someone would get back to me soon. No one ever got back. I took ****** being out to mean that maybe he had a health issue, but his sons are also in the business and from their Facebook page, it seems they are still in business and doing jobs. So I don't know why they won't even give me the courtesy of a call. In my last two messages, I said I would file a complaint with BBB if they didn't respond, so that's what I am doing. I also plan to file in small claims court, but am willing to give BBB a chance to resolve it first. I paid them $5000 for the chip and seal on the driveway. And it's a terrible mess now. The longer they put off repairing it, the worse it gets. I have an Airbnb business and it's problematic for my guests. One guest actually cancelled her reservation when she saw the driveway. It's steep as well, if it had been properly chip and sealed, it would not be a challenge to get up.
