My wife and I entered our apartment and it was a complete mess. We spent five nights in a hotel so they could clean it up. We then moved in and found that they didn’t do anything regarding cleaning the apartment up and have had nothing but problems since we moved in. The refrigerator didn’t work, the washer overflowed on a couple of occasions, the heater doesn’t work properly, the patio door-lock is broken, roaches everywhere and that’s to mention a few of the many problems. We would have filed a complaint earlier but I was admitted to the hospital due to my disability and was there for nine weeks. I have called them many times submitting work orders with no response.

So to clarify firstly, the apartment complex I’m filing a complaint for is called Aspen Landing (previously known as the kings but I couldn’t find the new name in your system) Every single time it rains, my apartment floods a lot. So much so that I have to tear all my belongings out. I’ve reached out to the complex several times for a solution, all documented. And they have told me that’s it’s simply “not there problem”. I’ve tried asking for a manager to speak to and they say “she’s to busy she won’t talk to you”. I’ve contacted there corporate office to no avail. They send me through loop after loop making me think they are gonna help fix things but they never do. I spend ample amounts of money to live here and half the time it’s unhandled and unhabitable. No fixing things, no leeway to rent or decreasing it for not being able to use one of our rooms in the apartment, just plain neglect.

Just received a delinquent credit report saying I owe a little over 3,000. I had continuous flooding in my apartment. They moved me into another apartment and paid for movers and everything because they could not fix the problem. A few months into the new apartment I had the same issue. Maintenance was called numerous times and ******* came out numerous times to extract the water from the floors. I started getting gnats due to water being in the walls and mold. They had floating managers which I had to repeat my situation numerous times who promised of resolution but never got any. They would not let me break the lease but yet would not give me a court date due to me having to move out because of the conditions. The manager at the time told me she was going to break the lease after looking at my file seeing as I no longer was staying in the apartment. Years later I am getting a mark on my credit score and call the collections company to be surprised they are trying to still charge me. I have called the apartments numerous times and can not get ahold of anyone. I have pictures and videos of the flooding along with work orders and promises of resolution. I want this off of my credit report and the amount owed 0$ as promised

I moved out of the apartment on 6/20/22 before hand I let the office know I will not be renewing my lease any longer. It is now August and I am receiving emails about rent being owed. When I contacted the office I was told I didn't let anyone know I was moving out which is not true, also I'd I were to have still been staying there my belongs would have been set outside so I'm confused. They are claiming I owe 2,000 and back rent.

First and foremost, our apartment's air conditioning has been out for two weeks. The heat in there has gotten to about 95 at worst and about 80 at best. I placed the complaint on June 30, 2022. My roommate and I have both called several times to try and have someone come out and fix it. The replies I have gotten have simply been a Kings employee telling us "We have about forty AC units out right now and we will get to them as quickly as we can," There have even been a few times that we have been hung up on. My roommate and I are understanding to workers, we aren't trying to be mean or demanding, however, our health is at risk. Both my roommate and I, and our cat have been suffering from dehydration. 95 degrees is too hot to safely live. Furthermore, we are in the middle of a heatwave in July and all of these units should be fixed as soon as possible to avoid health issues. My roommate even went out to buy a personal ac unit so that our apartment would be safe enough to live in. I personally, went to stay with my parents as the portable ac unit doesn't quite reach my bedroom. We should not have had to do that. Our rent was increased when this new company took over and it is their responsibility to make sure we are living in a safe environment. As I said before I am understanding to people being understaffed, but this has gone on too long and it is ridiculous and dangerous. I am furious that they have done nothing for two weeks. They have allowed us to live in dangerous conditions for too long. Something better be done to compensate us for this time. I want our air conditioning unit fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I want a month of free rent since our electric bill is $200. I want my roommate compensated for the portable AC unit she was forced to buy to avoid health issues brought on by dangerous heat levels. Thank you for reading.

I lived in this apartment in 2019 and gave them the notice to terminate my lease early in September 2019 due to the early termination of my job contract, spoke with the manager at the time, and advised me per the contract to give them a written termination letter. At this time the company was changing management companies and they fired multiple staff members in the office which I came to find out later. when it the time to move out after 2 months were over and I went to the office 2 times to have the office for a walkthrough but staff members said they were short-staffed and refused to do a walk through and the new management company stated I never gave a 2-month notice. I showed the letter and they were satisfied with it at the time for me to move because changing the companies someone misplaced my termination letter. Time passed and later on, I come to find out they sent me to IQ data international a debt collection agency, and falsely claimed that they evicted me. I have pictures of the state of the apartment when I moved out and emails exchanges. I have called the office multiple times and sent emails to the office manager but she never addressed my issues, she even asked me to email her pictures of the apartment when I moved and to date she has not responded to me back.
