Despite leaving the apartment cleaner than it was rented to me (I have video to prove it) I was charged for "cleaning" items that were already present when I moved in. Major maintenance issues were never fixed - window pulling away from frame of building letting in rain, snow and a steady breeze during the winter so cold we did not use that bedroom and kept the door shut so it would stay about 65 in the apartment. Also have videos of this. Hall bathtub would barely drain when I moved in - think 15 mins drain time for a quick shower, above ankle deep water. I ended up snaking the drain myself after request went unaddressed and pulling out gobs of hair that wasn't mine from the resident before.******* disposal broke, it was fixed but was missing a part causing a bad leak. After no word back, I ended up ordering the part and fixing it myself. Another leak under the sink went unadressed the entire time I lived there. Kept most of my deposit for "cleaning fees" and then what little was left ironically was exactly what my move out fees were - final trash, water, sewer, etc. Place is a scam and these are only a few of the items I could list. My email to the leasing manager expressing my frustrations went unanswered of course. I'm sure they will have a much different take based on slimy business practices but I've got all the photo/video evidence I need to prove any feedback from them as false.

This is categorically false with proof through pictures and documentation. The tenant will also be receiving money back from a check that was cut on 5/10/2023.

We lived here from 2020-2021. We went nearly 2 weeks without heat in the winter when it was negative degrees out as they refused to fix our heater. Due to roots growing in our pipes, the pipes ended up bursting causing significant sewage water damage through out our entire bottom floor. It took them several days to fix this. We had to live in our home with 2 inches of sewage sitting through out entire first level until they fixed it. They proceeded to state they would not fix the pipe as it wasnt a pressing issue. The next tenants will have to experience it, as well, as putting a bandaid on a pipe will not hold. The sewage destroyed the carpet. They then charged us $500.00 in damages for the carpet. They did not notify us of the charges even though they had several methods of contact with us. We did not know about the charge until it was in collections. They refused to fix the dishwasher after it flooded the kitchen the week we moved in. We did not have a working dishwasher our entire stay (over a year). Standing water sat there for an entire year as they wouldnt fix it. They up charge you when you move in and state they will give it back to you. They refused to give the up charge back as they double charged us. We fought with them for a year showing them proof of emails before they finally let it go. Furthermore, they raise the rent by $60-100 a year to get you out of the unit. We were great tenants and are an extremely quiet couple as both of us work long hours as first responders. This was the worst experience in renting we both have ever had. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

These complaints were made without merit. Tenants never had 2 weeks without heat in negative temperature. They had a leak which was fixed and then water was extracted and problem was solved. They were charged for carpet due to pet stains and damage which can be seen in pictures both during move in and at move out. Dishwasher was never disclosed had any issues otherwise would have been fixed. Tenants were upset that upon the conclusion of their lease, they were not able to renew at the same price, instead getting a typical market rent increase.
