    It seems in 2023 they had a water bill scam (based on another reviewer) and they had another one in November 2024. Tripling the water bill for two months. Worcester Properties failed to respond directly to inquiries and request for proper accounting. Attorney General was contacted, and Worcester Properties only responded after the second letter from the AG was sent out. Then they didn't provide proper accounting on the matter. Worcester Properties also violates their own lease, which then violates the rights of tenants.

    They only care about money and not the residents who live there. Paid $1300 monthly just to have a huge water bill scam. Mind you I stayed there maybe 1 week a month there and water bill was over a $1000. Tried to call and resolve the issue and no one seemed to care. If you people actually did your job and called the water company like I did. We could have had a better solution. I hope no one ever rents from your company again.
