If I could, I would leave a 0 star review. This company is not legit. They took my money and then told me that the item was out of stock. After months of waiting, they finally sent me the sweatshirt. When the sweatshirt was the wrong size, I sent it back and requested that they send a smaller size. After receiving the returned merchandise, they claimed it was not “up to their return standards” and that they would not send the smaller size or return my money. Do not do business with this company - they are a scam!Review from Debi R.

BUYER BEWARE They shipped this item to me a month later than they said so I didn’t have it for our ski trip. When I tried to return it, they only accept exchanges or give store credit and they basically sell one item. Now I am stuck with an item that I do not want and couldn’t use.Review from Carlos L

Taylor is incredible! My waffle iron was on the fritz but in the middle of a blizzard came out to my place in the middle of no where and fixed it for me super quickly. My kids were ecstatic and my wife isn't going to leave me anymore! Thank you alpha tech.Review from Patty C

Something very fishy about this repair company. ** uses Alpha Tech to fix their appliances and gives ** a bad name. If ** offers to send this company out to repair your appliance tell them ,NO, they will send a legitimate ** repair company. I actually would give them 0 stars.Review from Denise H

***** from Alpha Tech came to my home to fix my washing machine. After he left, I discovered an issue with the machine. I left 3 messages for *****; however, he has never responded. I was able to get the issued fixed by another company. Alpha Tech is listed on ********* website as an authorized technician. Also, the company name on my credit card is different than Alpha Tech - so that raises a red flag also. Beware.
