This company is a joke. Bid rigging at its best. Kyle gunion had United services a union company and Titan services a right to work company bidding on the same jobs. In the same building with employees deciding on who would be the lower and higher bid. The employees sat across from each other when bidding. He also made employees carry different shirts depending on the company who bid the job was. They all knew what was happening. Bid rigging at its best. A US Marine doing disloyal enterprise. His wife also a minority bid. He released the company to get minority bids. Kyle gunion still does the layout and giving of jobs. The whole operation is a sham. Almost all family run and labored. His son Thomas gunion is in multiple pictures drinking a beer and smoking pot and meth, in several photos on their own web page. 17 to 18 at the time. Kyle gunion has a major drug and alcohol problem. He takes other people's drugs and meds to get high as he is a low life and knows it. He also funnels and cleans money for the cartel as he spends the money as fast as he gets it in and can't always fund payrolls. This company is a scam. They higher druggies to do the work as that is all they can higher. Low life's. I worked with them I know for a fact.

Titan is great and made everything easy by being able to do everything involving environmental abatement and testing. They did an amazing job helping me get 3 houses I recently bought (1960's) they had everything from mold to lead based paint and asbestos. ***** even gave me a discount on everything since so much work was needed to be done. From testing to abatement demo to the put back my experience with this company has been nothing less than phenomenal. The office answered all my questions and even when I missed their call, they emailed me answers to my all questions! Thank you for making this a excellent process and even better services! I will recommend no other company other than Titan Environmental Services BEST in KC.

Working with this company after we had a small house fire we were blown away by their employees that did the initial walkthrough and estimate. They scheduled with us promptly and had a good, safe plan for removing asbestos popcorn in our house.When the team showed up to do the work we had some odd exchanges. They'd told us what to do to prep the house (which we did) but then kind of freaked out about our furniture and having to move it around. We played phone tag with the workmen at our house (while we were all still there) and the original estimator. Seemed like a miss in communication between the estimator and the crew and yet we were thrust into the middle in an awkward way. We took control and got it sorted with the ** and the crew on site and they were able to start working just fine but why the awkward run around?We were originally told the work would take 5 business days, starting on Monday and ending on Friday. We arranged for other accommodations so we would be out of the house (as we were told we would have to be), got lodging for ourselves and our children, found work accommodations, and reserved a stay to board our dog since she couldn't stay with us or at the house. The day before the work began they called us and said it would take an extra day to complete the work than they thought because a week prior we had added on an additional 50 Sq ft to the scope (a small bathroom) that was attached to one of the other rooms (which we had previously been told would be included). So we spent an extra 1K to make those accommodations (needing to stay through the weekend and one extra day) plus boarding our dog on such short notice.Thursday afternoon they called and said they'd be done Friday and we could come back Friday evening. Not once had they said we "might" have to stay out an extra day but that we would have to. When we spoke to the company about the extra expenses we incurred unnecessarily they were unwilling to accommodate or refund us for this loss of 1K+! To top it all off we got the final invoice and 8 business days later, an employee showed up on our doorstep demanding final payment. This was an insurance job due to the fire and we were waiting on final payment from the insurance company. This just came through to us (the day before a holiday) and would take 2 more business days to transfer to our account for payment so we had preemptively made a transfer so we could put it on our debit card while we waited. It was a very large transfer, several thousand dollars, so it took a couple of days. I found this conduct very unprofessional especially since they only made one other attempt to contact us 36 hours prior to showing up on our doorstep. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we were planning on calling in our final payment via debit card on Monday. At this point I will wait to hear from the owner about the poor conduct of her staff but homeowner beware...this company does fantastic work and their crew are amazing but their administrative staff leave much to be desired and were inappropriate on multiple occasions.The location we worked with was as follows:***************************************************************
