I have been using FlexPro for about a month now. I would say that their service is the best I've encountered, though far from perfect. The meals are generally good tasting. I have had a situation where two sealed, supposedly identical meals had a 100g weight difference between them, but were still labeled as to having the same macros, so I'm not terribly confident in their precision. In the long term picture, this isn't a big deal for my body if I'm seeing results - which I am. The shipments arrive like clockwork. I have gotten myself used to their web system and can now change out my menu for the upcoming week with ease. There customer service seems to be their biggest selling point, and while lately I have had trouble getting in touch with them - it took them almost a week to get back to me - I find that once I get someone on a text thread, they make things happen quickly. My most recent interaction with ****** corrected a scheduling mistake I had made on their website and got me my meals a week faster than I would have without her help! Their Message Me function in the website has been absent over the Independence Day weekend and I was beginning to wonder what's going on over there, but maybe it was a holiday vacation thing? All said and done, I am still using this service because their pricing really can't be beat and, like I said, the food and delivery consistency is good! 4 out of 5 stars, overall!Flexpro Meals

Horrific customer service. No way to contact them via phone. All chats and you NEVER get the answers needed. *** attempted to skip and still received deliveries. Sent an email with no response. Probably a defunct address. The food is good but figuring out their ordering is extremely frustrating. I want to cancel but theres never anyone available to chat with even during their business hours. Cant delete my credit card info either. Just doesnt feel right anymore. Very sad because I have serious health issues and was truly hoping for long term help with meal prep.Flexpro Meals

This company has terrible customer service, and has lied to me multiple times when trying to cancel my food subscription. I called on Monday and was told that someone will cancel my subscription in the next ***** hours. I proceed to wait and when *********************************** I call again and finally somebody texts me and decides to not cancel my account plan but proceeds to ask me questions about why Im canceling right before they close. It is now 72 hours after the initial call and they have charged my card again without my permission. If my charge is not reversed in the next 12 hours this company will face h*** with me.Flexpro Meals

The business has NO WAY to cancel subscription, trying to do so on their website only leads to a phone number which doesn't even go to a live person but a voicebox, their "live chat" literally doesn't exist on the website. This company has automatically created an account for me and signed me up for a subscription. I ordered thinking that it was only a one time purchase and never agreed to a subscription. Once i found out, i tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the second order they charged me for, to no avail. Its been a whole week that ive been trying to get someone to contact me, *** texted the live chat multiple times and have even sent emails out to the support team and not a single response. Absolutely terrible!! If you like gambling this may be the company for you because you will definitely be giving your money away. Flexpro will automatically sign you up for a subscription that is nearly impossible to cancel, and in the case you are successful charge you even if you have not received any meals.Flexpro Meals

So first I received my meals and the packaging was terrible. They were all thawed out. They were all flipped upside down as if someone didnt package them correctly, but the tape was on the top of the box which I opened and they were all upside down so I did open it correctly. Plus there a couple of them were open. Also the the installation was terrible. There was basically none. Ive received meal preps from other companies and Ive had very insulated boxes so I dont know why this one only had one piece of insulation not even covering the whole inside of the box. on another note, I just have a question, why is there frozen packs inside the bottom of the food trays? Is that supposed to be there? just a terrible first experience dont even waste your moneyFlexpro Meals

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!!!! Would give 0 if I could... I have placed an order with this company to send a meal to another employee who was injured. I chose this company because I was assured next day delivery. Not only was the package not delivered next day, but it was about a week late. When it did FINALLY arrive it was inedible so another box was sent. Beyond my knowledge, I did not request another box, but they were trying to right the wrong. That following Monday I texted the company (there is NO means of calling and talking to someone and even trying to get someone to respond is nearly impossible) I was assured that my card would be removed and not charged again. THE NEXT DAY, I receive an email stating my order is in process...I reached out AGAIN and they said they'd cancel my account. Now it's 05/31/2023 and I receive ANOTHER email saying here's your tracking number for your order.. RIGHT NOW I'm on chat on their website with someone name ***** who has closed our conversations 2 separate times! All I want is a refund for the order that I did not place after I was assured my card would not be charged again. Every single communication is like pulling teeth with this company.**Update** Stated they would start my refund at 9am and I would get a confirmation email...it's 4:45PM and still NOTHING...Flexpro Meals
