    My account has been charged 29.97 every month for the last 2 years. They claim my son purchased an item in May of 2022 and signed up for the VIP program. I asked for proof of purchase and or enrollment and they will not send either.

    Could you kindly provide us with the customer's complete name and email address? The information provided, including the sender's full name and email address, doesn't lead in any results or information that would justify an account in our system. He/she is also sending this dispute on behalf of his/her son.

    Please provide the order ID, full name, and email address of the primary customer, as well as, if possible, a proof of charge receipt.

    I am rejecting this response because: Only 8 payments were refunded out of the 24 that were taken from my account. The receipt said ZERO recurring payments would take place.

    I have charges from this place starting back from 11/2021 that I am not sure what it’s for and I have no record of signing up for any membership.

    Hi,

    It appears that the customer's order included a ******** Membership. The membership grants him/her access to products that are not available to those who are not members. An email was sent to their addresses with instructions on how to access the products.


    No need for concern; we have terminated the membership, issued a refund to the customer, and will no longer be charged or billed on a monthly basis. This refund will be processed back to the nominated card within 3-5 business days, subject to the banking provider's policies.

    I see charges from trendibly going back about 10 plus months and I have no clue as to what these charges are when I attempt to call I get no response or call back and can’t speak with anyone

    The customer's order appears to have included a platinum membership. Customers with memberships have access to exclusive products that are not available to the general public. They received instructions on how to access those products via email.

    No worries, we just stopped the membership, refunded the customer, and she will no longer be billed or charged on a monthly basis.

    While looking over my credit card bill, I noticed there is a pending charge that is a 'reoccurring amount' of $29.99 and 29.98. I look over other statements and found that it has been going on for about 8 months. So, I have been making this payment for nothing that I have purchased or any service that I'm using. Amounting to over $200.00 to date taken from my account for nothing in return. I've tried tracking down where the transaction ordinated from with no such luck. As I'm reading through the comments, of what seem to be happening to many.

    I want to determine if Trendibly is affiliated with **********. I have had the same recurring charge for $29.97 from both companies. I believe this is a deceptive tactic to continue to dupe consumers on recurring charges using a different name.

    I was charged 18.94 in November 2022 for something i bought. Since then I have received a reoccurring charge every month of 29.97 totalling 449.55. I never signed up for a subscription and have not been able to find answers on how to stop these charges! I would like a refund and to stop being charged this payment for a subscription that I never agreed to! Thank you for your help.

    After the holidays, I have had limited spending from my debit account. I noticed there is a pending charge that is a 'reoccurring amount' of $29.99 pending for January 4th at 12am. After doing some digging through my account, I have had this reoccurring amount taken from my account since July of 2023. That is 7 transactions for nothing that I have purchased. Amounting to $209.93 just taken from my account for nothing in return or benefit. I have not had any affiliation with the BBB and only know what the transaction is since I plugged the numbers from the transaction into Google. I am finding that I am not the only victim of this happening. I would like to be refunded for what was taken from me.

    Ever since 2022, as listed in the pictures I attached, this sketchy company Trendibly has been charging monthly on my credit card switching up their name every now and then. I do not recall of ever purchasing from them maybe faintly seeing a charge from them one time after purchasing under a first time use on a website I haven’t used before. I have contacted my bank about each of these charges and haven’t received a dispute for any of them. I can’t afford to pay for a monthly subscription that I have researched many people are also being charged with. I also have reached out to this company and have not received any type of response or communication from them. Assuming I did purchase from their website or one of their products, it would be listed in the first initial payment that was around $11 or so. While every other payment is $29.97. Please help me dispute this.
