    I order a item from trendibly about a month ago I already pay for this item full I got my item already now I’m seeing them charging me a recurring bill of $16.99 that I never sign off for I want my money back and for them to stop charging me monthly for no reason this company is a scam!

    Hula hoop weight loss ordered march, 2022. Was told delayed shipping. Item wasn’t delivered until 4/22. Item wasn’t as described or not as seen on video. Cheaply made and was shipped in a bag. Missing part. Customer service no help for over a month. I sent pictures, emails, texts , and messages (over 90). WS finally told item would be shipped may 12. Followed up for tracking. CompNy will not respond to ship date or provide tracking info. Refused to issue credit. This company scammed me out of $40.

    On may 12, 2022 I noticed two charges on my back account one for a company in Florida 56.84 and the next charge for 14.99 from trendibly. I also got a call from my back saying fraudulent charges had occurred and requesting I verify if I made that charge or not. I answered all the questions and my card had not been lost nor stolen it was in my possession and I told him the last physical charge I made was at a convenience store and the date that I made the charge. They notified me that trendibly made a charge for 1499 and then the next charge was through a company out of Florida for 56.48. Obviously I did not make these charges due to the fact that I was at work. And now I cannot get a hold of trendibly to cancel the subscription to make sure they no longer take 1499 or any other charges out of my account so therefore I had to cancel my card and request a new one and do a fraudulent charge request through my bank I called trendibly and left a message on the recorder and no one has returned my phone call can you please help?

    I purchased a piece of clothing from this company in December 2022, however, for unknown and unauthorized reasons, they have been charging me a "recurring monthly fee" of $14.99 since January 2022. I am only realizing the monthly fee being deducted from my checking account today. I called my bank to file a dispute claim as this was never authorized. I visited the website of the company and it does not exist. I called and it goes straight to a recording to "leave a message." This company is a scam and has illegal practices. The customer should have to CLICK A BUTTON or SIGN A DOCUMENT allowing recurring deductions to be made. Shame on Trendibly!!!! This is not how to keep customers and I want a full refund of my $74.95 that they stole from my checking account!

    Hello. I purchased an item from the company Trendibly on 12/26/21. The item was paid in FULL at the time of purchase. I have NEVER ordered anything else from this company, nor have I made an account with them, or subscribed to anything. I have been charged (4) separate times from them, each in an amount of $14.99. This company is a SCAM, and I would like my money returned to me. This company has taken $59.96 from me! I have attached the original purchase amount, receipt for the item, and the four additional times they have charged me for NO REASON!
