      12/25/2022 boarded my dog at Pete and Mac's 600 pavestone Lee's Summit Missouri. I picked the dog up 12/26/2022 and was presented with a part of my dog's tooth in a zip lock bag. I was told it should be ok. I contacted my vet and was informed the tooth would have to be extracted estimated cost $475. I contacted the business 01/16/2023 and talked to ***** (the manager) and requested some sort of compensation. The owner was out of town but would be notified upon return. I have not been contacted and no manager was available today 01/25/2023. I would be satisfied with a boarding credit.

      Had a discussion with the client today (1/25/23) and apologized for the lack of timely follow up. Reached a resolution to reimburse the veterinary bill by way of a store credit to be used for future services.  If at any time the client would prefer a check for reimbursement we will accommodate.
