  Service was amazing UNTIL the sale. My rep texted me over and over before we signed the paperwork. Ever since then, I can hardly get ahold of anyone to help me. I have emailed, called and texted with minimal response. I'm getting email notices that say our solar panels ($30,000 worth of panels) is not producing energy. In response, my rep gave me a website and said I probably changed my internet password, which I did not. I have since emailed again and have no reponse. It has been since January since my panels have worked, my electric bill is super high and I have no help problem solving. I'm super frustrated and disappointed in my $30k purchase.

  Fantastic company. The representatives that helped me were very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell they're very passionate about their products and services! Would recommend them to my grandmother!

  Fantastic to work with! They did all the leg work (getting permits, county approval, coordinating with the utility company, etc). The worker installing the system were on time and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

  This was the only place that offered a large enough system with reasonable payments. The rep I worked with (******) was excellent and always answered my questions, even after the system was installed and running. The *** emailed me with updates regularly, so I knew where we were in the project. If you are in the market for solar added to your home, I highly recommend talking with Barret Solar!

  I had a very positive experience with Barrett Solar. The initial phone call was very informative and ******** was honest with all of the details, both positive and negative. After taking some time to decide, I agreed and was immediately contacted by the owner of the company who was able to give me the timeline and other info. The installation was quick, the owner was in touch throughout the process, and helped with contacting the electric company so we could get switched over. I am happy with the product. It looks sharp and seems to be generating a good amount of energy thus far. The customer service experience through ********************** was top notch. I highly recommend.

  ***** and ****** were experts in the industry knowledge answering all questions quickly and accurately. Communication through all steps of the instillation and the crew did what they said. Financial was seamless and convenient. Would definitely suggest them to my friends and family.

  Called Barrett in August for a comparison quote. Quote was significantly better than the first quote from a different company. System up and running within 60 days. Really smooth throughout the entire process. Everyone Ive dealt with along the way has been incredibly professional. Ive had 2 previous solar systems in other places Ive lived in the U.S. and Barrett has been the best of the 3 companies Ive worked with. Very happy.

  Had a absolutely great experience with Barrett Solar, from the initial conversation talking about going Solar to the installation and materials used for the project. Absolute A+, 5 stars across the board. Would recommend to all friends considering making the switch
