      If I could give zero stars I would. The internet is fine but the customer service when you try to end this service is absolutely terrible. I moved out of my home and started the process of ending this subscription. I sent in the modem and charger before the 5 day billing cycle as stated to me by this company in an email. I followed up twice to ensure they received the equipment and this service would no longer be billed to me. I never received a response. Two weeks later wouldn't you know I get an email about being billed in one day for my subscription that I wasn't using since I sent in the equipment back to this company. I requested a phone call twice to resolve this issue and never received one. I sent emails to figure out what is going on and they said they would review the communications I sent. When I did not pay for the service the next day I received an email immediately about being sent to collections. It may be my own misunderstanding of what I'm being charged for but the fact that I can't get anyone to just call me and walk me through it is ridiculous. They resort to bullying you through emails instead of trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately for me none of these reviews were available when we first got this internet or I definitely would've went with another provider simply from the ****** ways the handle their customer service. If you are desperate for internet, the actual service is fine. If you can find literally ANYTHING else use that so you don't have to deal with the headache of trying to communicate with these people.

This means that the invoice you received covered the upcoming month, regardless of when the equipment was returned. While we received your modem and charger, this does not cancel the final billing for the previous period. We have outlined this process clearly in our agreement, and customers are billed for the service month in advance.2. **Communication Attempts**: We understand your frustration with the communication process. However, we have documented responses sent to you regarding your account and equipment return. Unfortunately, due to the volume of inquiries, not all issues are resolved via phone, but we have provided email communications, which is our preferred method for tracking and reviewing service requests. The claim that we resort to "bullying" is inaccurate, as we have simply followed the standard protocol for unpaid bills, which includes notifications about collections for any overdue amounts.3. **Final Payment**: You have an outstanding balance that remains unpaid. As per our agreements, failure to pay results in credit reporting and further actions. We are committed to working with our customers to resolve any misunderstandings, but obligations to pay for services rendered remain valid.We encourage you to reach out directly if you need further clarification on the billing cycle or any other aspect of your account.
